  **** and ****** were amazing! They went above and beyond. They were so friendly and eager to get the job done right. This is our second time using Maison and will for sure recommend them to friends and family. The office team are also extremely helpful and great to work with.

  I highly recommend Maison Moving. I have moved many times in my life both in the ** and internationally. Moving a home is a difficult and worrying task but I know what Im looking for when I have to move. My experience with Maison Moving was such that I RATE THEM AS EXCELLENT.I have several fragile items that are of great sentimental value, and I needed a firm with expertise in packing. I also needed to move as soon as possible from Irvine to *******. There are many companies who are willing to help you move. But out of all I heard from I was most impressed with the response from Maison Moving when I described what I needed. ****** answered all my questions and did an excellent job of scheduling the move, assigning the team (****** and ******) to do the packing and providing an estimate of the cost. Everything went smoothly just as they promised. ****** and ****** are a fantastic team. They worked thoughtfully and diligently throughout the 3 day process and delivered everything to me in ******* in perfect condition. In addition, the cost was reasonable, and less than many of the other estimates I had been given. I cannot praise them too highly I am so grateful for all their help. Thank you.

  Really disappointed with this company and their service. We moved from a one bedroom condo to a single family home with storage in between. Upon delivery, we had several items of damaged furniture and multiple boxes that had been stored improperly. ***** clearly labeled fragile had been completely crushed by heavy items, and a plastic box appears to have been tossed around, causing the clip-on lid to come off and the fragile ornaments inside to be crushed. The movers didnt have the decency to put the broken pieces back, so my childhood Christmas decorations cant even be pieced back together. We had custom engraved champagne flutes from our wedding that were crushed as well. We purchased the additional insurance that provided no coverage at all, as the damage was deemed too little to exceed the deductible. The claim process took me hours to complete as I had to research for purchase receipts from years prior, and in the end, we received little compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I understand that accidents happen and a box or two might incur some damage, but we had almost all furniture (4 separate large items) come back with a dent or a scratch, and multiple fragile boxes with contents destroyed. Their complete lack of care and disregard for peoples items is evident. Its a clear pattern of significant damage and poor service.

  Amazing, professional, fast, nice, fantastic customer service!! This is the 5th or 6th time I have used them. Always recommend this company, have never had a bad experience. From the minute you call, wonderful customer service , thank you *********! And every mover Ive ever had has been wonderful. Moving is stressful, they make it easy! Thank you to everyone, *********, *******, ********************** and ******. We could not be happier!!

  BEWARE! Do not use this company! I entrusted Maison with storing a valuable family heirloom, which I have paid storage on for the last 13 years!They lost the item & have offered me no explanation, apology or credit towards the storage fees I have paid over the years. On top of that, the *** has been unresponsive and everyone at the company has decided to ignore all requests for information!As a long standing, loyal client who has always paid rent on time- I am completely shocked & disgusted by this company & how they have treated me. To think that you can trust a company with something so valuable not to mention priceless & they dont feel that they need to be held accountable is a ******************* I will not stand for! Be warned, worst company by far & even worse employees!
