      Bought a rolling cooler cart from *********** Vendor Best Choice Products. The tray on the bottom had holes to connect to the wheels. The holes did not line up. ********** and I both spoke to the vendor. Since the cooler was bought on **********'s website Best Choice Products could not provide a replacement tray. However if I would have bought it on Best Choice Website a replacement tray could be sent. This is just wrong. They want me to return this cooler and purchase another for a tray

      I placed an order on October 23rd with confirmation of order shipment and delivery date of October 26th. However, when tracking package through Fed Ex the product was never picked up for delivery despite BCP stating otherwise. I have called customer several times with no explanation. I was then promised delivery on 11/2 however the product has not been delivered and still no tracking information of the item being shipped. I called the ********** office number but was unable to connect with anyone after waiting on hold for over an hour. This product has been paid for but shipper is not delivering item or giving reason why.

      Hello! This is my second complaint. the replacement coop you sent me to replace the first one (March or 2021) and (June of 2021)is doing the exact same thing. Roof panels are warping or coming off everything is bowing etc. What are you going to to about it this time? This one happened quicker than the last one. Had to rebuild some my self and put the 2 together so they could have a place where they wouldn't get wet.. there is no way it will survive winter. How could you guys put out such a Inferior product that people rely on to protect their chicken or livestock. I will probably have to end up spending about 2.5 k out of pocket to get or make them one so they don't die from the thing collapsing in the snow.

      I placed an order for delivery at a new address. I entered the address and their system auto populated the information. I confirmed the order. Got the confirmation with the WRONG shipping address. I immediately contacted Best Choice Products to resolve the issue. They refused to update the address due to "security issues." So I canceled the order. The representative in an internet chat assured me it was canceled. I order the same product again and made sure it was being shipped to the correct address. The confirmation email backed that up. Great. Problem resolved. WRONG.I began receiving emails of shipment for the canceled order. More chats. More promises. More lies. They are now charging me for both orders and will not stop the one going to the wrong address. I've been lied to and cheated by this faceless company. I want a refund for the erroneous order only and a true explanation as to why I have been lied to repeatedly.

      I ordered a piano for toddlers for my son from this company. It died within two months; I changed the batteries and did all the troubleshooting.
