On June 1, 2021 was contacted by phone by this "agency" stated that they were part of a program of the ** Federal Student Loans. They were offering me a consolidation for all of my student loans because they were with different banks, and also an enrollment on an Income-Driven program They had all my information about my loans, said that the interest was 6.7% and I should have to pay around $300 monthly for all my loans. They stated that if I apply for the program I should only do payments for $39 and if my income was $60,000 or bellow I will keep my payments for the same amount. Also I had to pay the interest of an indult charge of $2,400.00. The interest amount was $900 and I could pay it in 3 payments. On Tuesday, January 2, ****, I went to check my student loans and found that no money has been paid. I started to look through my bank account and ********************** have been withdrawing $39 every 23th-25ft of each month since July 2021, plus 3 payments of $300 (6/11/21, 6/25/21, 7/12/21 $900 in total) using differents merchant names. In total, they took $2,030 and that money should have been applied to my student loans and it never happen. I can't contact Cornerstone Doc Prep because they shutdown phone number, email and website, They are operating now with the name *************************. This people offered information of who they were and their services in a very distorted way and some how accurated information that people could easily fall in their scam. Now this people have all my information, name date of birth, bank account number, social security, everithing. The merchant names they used to withdraw the payments from my account are: ****************, Cornerstone Dp, StudentProcess9495228161 and 2 checks *****, 50002.I want to protect my identity (they have all my information), take my money back and prevent others to fall in this scam.
