I contacted by this company to offered to help me sttle my tax debt. They charged me approx. 30% of my tax liability( which was about $30,000) They started immediately drafing my bank account every 2 weeks on my paydays. They did nothing about my tax relief since during this time a tax lien was placed on me. After the tax lien was filed and I called them. They finally sent me paperwork for an offer in compromise knowing this would not be accepted. I contacted another tax conpany is actually helping me resolve my tax issue. I have requested a refund from this company, but they ig nore my requests. I believe that they are scammers with questionable practices.

Offer was completed upon the correct time frame, Offer in compromise was mailed to *** on 12/20/2020, *** notice 4/13/2021 acknowledging they had received the offer and now has been assigned to an examiner and a conference date of 8/11/2021. *** notice date  8/16/2021 received an additional 90 days for review and processing new conference date 11/16/2021. On 9/10/2021 enrolled agent spoke with *** examiner and per Ms. **** and her findings requested additional documentation on information that we were not disclosed by client. 9/13/2021 E.A spoke with client requesting supporting documentation that he understated  at the time of completing the offer with case manager. October 15th 2021 *** examiner request detailed information with a due date of  10/26/2021, however client did not send over supporting documents. Between 10/25/2021 11/9/2021 client was not responding nor accepting our calls or emails request, *** examiner wanted to close offer and faxed over tax tables of her findings.  Appeals officer granted more time to submit the requested and client was non responsive. Jan 6th  Jan 29th 2022 Client was not going to provide any information, we were on appeals & ******************* called back and advised that **** called her and told her that he does not want our company to represent him anymore. *** final findings ****************** was not a candidate for the offer in compromise program. The *** valued his assets at $462,562.20 but when we continue to ask **** for information, he says he already provided it. Keep in mind client rolled over $782,032.00 in 2021. This asset was reported to *** even though it was not taxable. That increases the equity in assets as compared to what *** calculated previously.

i had a retirement roll over which fidelity was fully aware of.  mrs ******* was who told me to stop working with fidelity. and i worked with her on my own and came to a resolution . i gave fidelity all the paper work they asked for. the must of had all my paper work to start the case with the irs. fidelity claims to be the experts at this. thats what they sold to me when they reached out to me. and gave me there sales pitch. and told my money. if they are so sure about ****** a settlement with the irs. then how come they make you pay 100% upfront.  if they got the **** settlement that they told me. i would not be fighting for my money back. so i do not think it is right for a company to tell you that it is going to get you a settlement. and talk all your money upfront. and have me the customer put together all the paper work. and then talk months to give it to the irs. i sent fediltily multiple email. no response. multiple calls no answer no call back. i still till this day try to contact **** at fediltlty no rsponce. left 10 messages. keep in mind this company does this to thousands of people. they sould be held accoutable.

      thank you ************************

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the client may have experienced, Fidelity Tax team members completed the services that the client  hired for us to complete, which was an offer in compromise based on clients current financial and cost of living statements that client provided, this allowed us to start  a case and a negotiation with the **** However the findings from the *** OIC examiner were not disclosed to our company that pertain to large amount of assets that caused the offer to be closed.

*** provided with a tax tables showing assets and etc.,   as this was stressed prior to the client as we had attempted to communicate and was not successful, as the *** examiner stressed that customer called directly and took us off of POA.  Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously and nothing less than ensuring that customer is completely happy, we do not take any fault in or responsible as our contract states. Once again we do apologize for the outcome as we worked with what the client provided thank you.

this company never did what they told me, that was to get me irs debt settled for ****, so in return why would i give them **** if they did not tell me that they could settle this for ****. i guess what they do is tell you what looks great up front. then when they cant get the settlement they take more money from you and try again. i have read many reviews on this company, and they are all alike 1 to 5 attempts with the irs. ask the irs if this company is fare. stop letting them tell you that its my fault that i didnt give them all my info. thats ther way of making there company look good. would you give a company **** if they told you that the irs is not going to acept you offer, this company has been doing this for many years they are sharks. so why would the irs tell me to stop given fidelity my money and do it on my own. which i did and got a fare settlement with the irs. so the bbb thinks its ok for this company to scam people, not right and something should be done . call for a investagation on this company, i am a hard working middle class man, who hard a hardship in my life in 2012 and had to make a large withdrawl from my 401k and did not know that there was going to be all this irs promblem. so please stop fedelity from scamin the next poor person with all ther bs and promises they use to **** you in then keep taking more and more money, they need to be stopped. so please as the bbb take action. that you ************************

this company did not give me the sevice that i payed for they seem to never talk about the **** settlement they told me they were going to get me from the irs. the reason that i took them off as my poa is because the irs said it would be in my best interest. and when they say that i did not tell the truth, on my asset, that is false. because what they are referring too is my retirement account, which the irs new about all along. and that account has noting to do with what they are telling you, when i did my own settlement with the irs that had no impact on my case. they keep telling you a offer and compermise. well they sold me this in a differnt way, they told me that it would be a one time settlement of **** dollars. so i guess that they just pick a number that will make you go with them. and take **** dollars and then string you along. please get me my money back
