    I order an Orange **************************** and a Hard Shell Pink and White **** from Corals Anonymous back on September 1st, 2022. They shipped my merchandise through ********************** The day my merchandise was scheduled to arrive I took off work Friday (16 SEPT 22) and I received a email that *** attempted to deliver my package. I later found out from my landlord *** tried to deliver my package to apartment 415. I drove to the Altus *** office in an attempt to collect my package but was told it was still out on their truck. The customer service representative told me they would attempt to deliver my package again on Monday (19 September 2022). I told the customer service representative dont even bother. I said if I can not get my package today dont bother trying to redeliver to my address. I told the customer service representative that it is a live animals and by the time I receive it on Monday it will all be dead. I paid for this merchandise thru SHOP which is affiliated with Affirm. I tried calling and emailing Corals Anonymous. I finally got hold of them today and was told they will think about giving me store credit. My only fault is next Ill pay more close attention to who they use for shipping. I told the corals anonymous customer service representative that the first delivery attempt was at 14:53 pm but to the wrong address. By that time here in ******** were in triple digit weather.
