      ***** refused to pick up my trash letting it stay in the street where a raccoon knocked it over and spilt it in front of the house and down the street. When I called them as to why trash wasn't picked up they said the fee for services wasn't paid. I told them I never received an invoice and they said they sent it. They never sent the invoice to the address where the service was. I asked that a supervisor call me. Instead, they left a voicemail a few hours later threatening me that unless I pay them they will send my name to the City of *********. When I called ***** again they are automatically hanging up the phone on me and not allowing me to speak to a human. I have never worked with this company before and the house was recently bought so it was my understanding the garbage service was included.

      ********* Waste Solutions, **** [CWS] has breached the operations agreement/service contract [Breach of contract - Civ. Code sec. 3300; specific performance - Civ. Code sec. 3384; breach of fiduciary duty - Civ. Code sec. 3333] to provide services for legal tender as defined by UCC *****, *****, *****. CWS has rejected legal tender and have suspended services to the account upon false claim of non-payment in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. section 1951 et seq.. CWS has referred the account to collections.
