This company are thieves!!!!!!!! Once I paid for my order, they did not send me the AZODYL product and did not refund me!!!!!!!!!! They no longer respond to my emails!!!!!!!!!! They are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful!!!!!!! Avoid ordering from this company of thieves!!!!!Initial Complaint

I Ordered 2 boxes of live vaccines. Paid for express delivery. Vaccines arrived in inappropriate packaging , completely warm and damaged. I sent out 3 emails and didnt get a ***ly. Called multiple times and the seller kept hanging up the phone. Eventually I got a hold of a *** and they refused to refund or to accept the return of the items. Now I have to find a way to utilize the hazardous virus waste and I lost money on expensive vaccines. I dont understand why it is my fault and why do I need to pay the price. I dont appreciate this type of customer service.Business Response

The pakage was shipped within its Express 1-2 day delivery timeframe. We also state on our website the following inclement weather policy.

EntirelyPets is not responsible if a package encounters inclement weather conditions, as this is outside of our control. It is the customer's responsibility to consider current weather conditions in their delivery area when ordering medications. Purchased antibiotics 6/4/23 for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. I attempted to contact the company several times with no response. My order was partially filled and finally arrived(7/5/23)over a month later. Was delivered to the wrong address and left in 100+ temps. When they shipped the item they charged shipping $29.95(vaccine shipping which was supposed to include thermal packs and insulation but was a plain ***** cardboard box)which was supposed to be free because my order was over $79. I paid $74.34 for a $43.99 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. I'm not even sure if the product Is safe or viable for use after being in the formentioned heat for at least a dayInitial Complaint

I am an autoship customer for NexGuard Chewables for Dogs *********** for the past 2 years. On my past order I noticed that my price had gone up 15% from my previous order 6months ago. After checking several websites and finding lower prices I checked the current price on the EntirelyPets pharmacy website to find that price listed is $40 lower than what I was charged. My order number is SOEPRX44147. I contacted EntirelyPets on 3/27 to cancel my autoship and request a refund for the difference. I received a response stating:Update for Case CASE118629 - "Fwd: Order#SOEPRX44147"Hello ******, I understand your frustration, however, all items on your order were given at the auto-ship price of 5% off, the only item in your order that is on sale right now is the Nexguard but that is a temporary sale given by the manufacturer since both of these items; Interceptor Plus for Dogs 50.1-100 lbs Blue and NexGard Chewables for Dogs 60.1-121 lbs are located on the exclusions list, meaning they do not qualify for any promotions expect the ones the manufactures promote ever so often.Sincerely, ************************ This is incorrect as I could have purchased the same product that day for $120.04 but I was charged $168. As a loyal autoship customer I should receive the best price offered by the site. In reviewing past statements I see that the price for this drug has increased by more than 10% on every shipment. I feel EntirelyPets is being deceptive in their pricing. I have canceled my autoship but would like to be refunded the difference between what I was charged and the listed price to the average consumer that day. I ordered Sea Pet Omega ************* on 9/7/22, order number SOEPRX396764, but their website had issues and it never asked me to sign in. It also never sent me a confirmation of sale. I waited two weeks and never heard from them so I ordered from another pet store. Several days after receiving my order from the other pet store the order from Entirely Pet Rx arrived. I immediately emailed and asked if I could return but no one responded. I mailed the fish oil back to them the next day which which cost an additional $11.45. I was charged $28.94 including shipping on the original invoice. Did not hear from Entirely Pet Rx about my refund so I kept sending emails. They finally responded requesting proof of my return which I sent, a copy of the **** receipt with the tracking number. He(agent) agreed **** receipt proved I had mailed fish oil back on 10/5/22 and said he'd work with the accounting **** to get my refund. Never heard from them again. Sent another email requesting my refund, no response. Case number ***** has not been updated online or I have not been contacted by anyone.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order on July 29, 2022, and received an invoice the same day detailing my charges for a total of $99.01. When inspecting my credit card statement a few weeks later I noticed that I was charged $112.11 for the order, without ever receiving any notice or explanation of the overcharge. I contacted the company multiple times via email and never received a response. When I called and spoke to someone on the phone they very rudely told me that basically "the price went up" after I had already placed the order and received an order confirmation with attached final invoice, and they flatly refused to make any adjustment. Very horrible, deceitful business practices and even worse customer service. There is a reason there are so many complaints against this company. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company. They are also refusing to return my prescription to me, saying I will need to have a future pharmacy request it from them.Initial Complaint
