Upland Collision Craft provided tire blowout repair services for my 2018 Dodge Durango. The blowout occurred 07/16/2022 - my vehicle was with Collision Craft for over a month. When the vehicle was finally returned to me I drove it for approximately 3 weeks and logged 600 +/- miles. During a commute on the 210 freeway, I began to fell the vehicle shake and heard a harmonic coming from the rear axle. I exited the freeway as I felt the vehicle was not safe to drive. I performed a visual inspection around the vehicle, upon inspecting the rear axle, I discovered the same wheel side that was repaired by Collision Craft had one lug nut completely broken off with the remaining 4 wheel lug nuts hand tight with zero torque value. My vehicle was towed back to Collision Craft for follow up corrective repairs. The original rim was replaced after during the second repair as it should have been replace after my wheel blow out. Collision Craft decided to re-use a rime that was completely out of round and specifications. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle the second time I discovered swirl damage to my vehicles black paint color. I have my vehicle professionally washed and detailed by a shop in Orange County. Moreover, I recently, serviced my vehicle polished, paint corrections and ceramic sealed, prior to wheel blowout. The paint was damaged by Collision Craft by the application of inferior materials that were applied to the vehicles paint. I notified Collision Craft via Insurance carrier - I have provided receipts from the professional detail provider I used regularly. I have receipts for all the exterior maintenance that I pay for regularly as evidence that I maintain the condition of my vehicles paint in excellent condition. I have provided pictures that show the vehicles paint condition pre wheel blowout and handling of Collision Craft. Collision Craft is refusing to cover the progressive damaged they created and caused. Can forward pictures and receipts to BBB.
