This Dentist provider care and treatment was FAR BELOW standard care! I was referred to Bruce Bosler and saw him in July 2021. I have a very difficult underbite with a crossbite and needed 2 implants at that time for a total of $4400.00. I asked, had he had experience with a mouth like mine. Of course, he assured me he had and could handle me. Id had poor experiences up to seeing him. He was touted as having a lot of experience in many areas.First, they asked me to pay a $500.00 deposit to even make an appointment for the work.I thought it was usual; but, didnt want to complain at that time. Remember, Id not been able to get the right dentist prior to him..so I went along because I thought Id be in good hands. Second, visit I had to pay half another $2000.00 to send the teeth out to be made. Please note that it actually took 3 tries before the final teeth were made. They didnt make the teeth for s**** access...the first time. Then, the wrong size abutment so it was sent back again. Finally, the last ones were suppository have been correct So, upon delivery of the teeth I paid the remaining balance on Oct 12th ( I was given a $83 discount for having me wait over an hour on one of the return teeth.I asked him to put them in one at a time as to give me a chance to adjust to each 9ne. No, he wanted to do it all at at once. So, the following week I started having sores on my tongue due to,the bite being off and came in. I asked him, to remove one then. He said, give it another week or so and see how it feels. Well, the following week I was even worse. My tongue had more sores, was swollen, the side of my face too, and I had a headache. I knew I had an infection at that time triggered by two weeks of an off bite! I asked them to do an X-ray...before I came in. Anyway, when he finally got to me and did a 1 min touch and feel around my face and NO X-ray ...I told him I NEEDED the teeth out!! TBC..

To whom it may concern,                                                       5/04/2022

This is my response to each of the areas that are of importance to my response to Dr. ***********************  5/2/2022 letter to you.

      1) I have filed multiple claims with CareCredit; because, for the first three filings they closed my case before even asking me for any documentation on my behalf. They allowed him to turn something in for each disputes while I sat here calmly waiting for them to ask me for my documentation. So, that relates to the first three of the complaints. Furthermore the additional claims that were open were probably via the outside reporting agency...that I complained to about the way Care Credit was handling this.

      2) Also, CareCredit told them that they needed to resolve the issue with me themselves. They did not want to get involved because he had already promised me in their November 9 letter that he was going to give my money back. I have that and a few more where he made reference to that. However, it took me until  Thats what they said to me when I spoke to them on various occasions.

      3) However,  I know and based on the **** complaints listed here...CareCredit has a bad habit of not taking care of their clients after theres a problem with the provider.  Thats why I was so persistent because I know that they dont follow through with what they say. Thats evidence with all the prior filings..but they always maintained that the ****** should be able to resolve this.

      4) All this could have been resolved had he removed the implants when I came in the last time on October 26. He had literally just put the teeth in October 12 and I already been in two times after that which was the last visit on the 26th.

      5) Please know when I arrived to Dr. ********* ****** in July I was in perfect health...there were no sores or swelling nothing of such. He would never even see me if that was the issue. So, please dont believe what hes saying about all these diagnoses of this and that none of that absolutely did not show up until after he put those teeth in on October 12. Furthermore I have a lot of pictures available as timestamp proof...of everything that was happening.

      6) in regards, to **************...he was assisting them by supplying the items to save time as a courtesy. So, The price that I was quoted is what I paid they told me $4400 in July thats what I paid. Yes, there was a discount giving because when I was there I waited over an hour and his wife *** came back and saw that I was there and told me I wouldnt have to pay for the visit. That was an  $80 visit discount.

      7)  Plus, she gave me $40 ******* bucks to use on any additional service or visit for future and they also gave me a $30 credit for the things that ************** had sent to them. So thats where the difference of the $84.00 comes in because I used their $40 i toward the last payment. So, he is lying when he says that he gave me a discount because I had difficulties I wouldnt even have gone to see anybody if that was the issue thats a bold face lie.

      8) in regards to tooth #** that he seems to be bringing it up.That tooth was in good shape before I came in...and had no issues for almost a year at that
point. They  did not want to remove it because of my bite it was not bothering me until his teeth placement on October 12. Then, the infection started that wouldnt stop until it was pulled.

      9) when I returned his tooth in January his wife was at the front desk that day. If youre sitting at the front desk then that means that you are representative of the company for that day. Also, he was there when I came in he had an opportunity to say something to me and he didnt....he walked away and so that was it. She spoke to the manager on the phone I was standing right there and could clearly hear the exchange. When she got off the phone said, that they will refund me the money for the  tooth  I returned. Then, when I return the other I will  get that later.

      10) Now, he wants to push the bar further on down the road.  I kept them informed via emails every step of the way. If, there were any concerns then ..it should have been voiced. Never once did they say anything about moving the bar...until my last tooth was returned!!,

      11) if, there was ever once a time frame related to me returning those teeth before this bull c*** him now moving the bar he should have noted it a long time ago. When I left the ****** on October 26 I did not hear back from him until  a week later. No call or email...to see how I was doing. That was only because...I had informed them that I was going to contact CareCredit. So, he abandoned me when I needed him in pain, with infection, along with sores. Even  ************** who gave me the prescription on October 28th was surprised that he had not taken care of what was going on.

12)Then , he sends the 3 letters with CONFLICTING information. Then, he wanted to charge me to return to look at ...my front tooth that was bleeding. That was  cause of all the swelling and biting...my tongue was pushing it. It SICKEN ME...hed do anything for a dollar!!  This was his fault...again Id rather pull my teeth out with plyiers than return to him. He told me ...in short ...GET OUT of my ******!!!!!

      13) Finally, in regards to my new doctor he does not want to be involved with anything related to the past. He noted, that he had the chance to remove your teeth when you asked...so I had to clean it up.  I 100% agree with him and I will not muddy the waters with Dr. *********************** bull c*** He wants to play God by having everybody report back to him!! Just know that I do currently HAVE a great prosthodontist Who is very patient and cares about his patients!!! Id just like to get some closure with this by getting  CareCredit off of my credit card. They had the ***** to send me a reward!!! Yet, they wont step in and do the right thing by just KICKING THE CHARGE back. The providers send them clients...they both are guilt!!

      13) Im hoping that this will resolve this and that this guy will give my money back let me go on so we can put a pin in this. This is ridiculous, when he know he owes me the money...and said that he would return it to me.  I see that he had another claim with you guys...the same MONTH as my incident October 2021 about a billing and collection dispute thats on here. How ironic is that... that in the same month somebody else also had a billing issue. Its starting to look like he has the FINANCIAL issues and doesnt want to pay. Also, I saw on Yelp someone else had voiced concerns about him.

**** *IF YOU NEED COPIES OF EMAILS LET ME KNOW. I didnt enclose them as I dont want them posted. Although, I dont mind the posting of this letter using my initials only.****

      Sincerely,

      Problem:
Continued from claim #******** Dr. ********************** Bosler said, He was not going to take the teeth out...he felt like whatever was going on with my mouth...had nothing to do with his implant teeth. That I could get a second opinion and REPORT him to the Dental Board....they would be required to look at my mouth. Furthermore, I was wasting his time and mine...by coming back and forth to the office. If, I came in again he would charge me to remove the teeth. This was said, in front of his office manager and other patients were on both sides... behind the partition. I WAS SHOCKED!!!! Im here in pain with my mouth swollen and tongue sores. I had an headache....asking him to remove the teeth...and he said that. All I could say was, I have an appointment in 2 days with my oral surgeon for follow-up. I have never had anyone speak to me in that manner..especially when Im there for their MISTAKES. Furthermore, I needed medical attention. So, when I saw my oral surgeon, he said I had an infection. I told him, I tried to tell that idiot that...but he was too BUSY ASKING ME TO LEAVE!! After, contacting the card company...he sent an email. Telling me he would continue to care for me up to Dec 3rd? Also, that he give me my money back. Furthermore, during this time I could find no one who would see me....due to his work and my current issues until Dec 1st. I ended up loosing another tooth..the infection triggered an old issue with another tooth...which I desperately needed and wanted to keep...for support of my mouth. Due to all the issues with my mouth it took the first month with my new dentist...to get my mouth in order. He was going to try and see if I could keep atleast one tooth...but both were issues. In short,I returned on in Jan...and was told buy his Id be credited back for the one I returned in Jan. *** other was returned the beginning of Feb. ************** wanted us to work it out...now he wont return my money.

      Re: Complaint ID: ********

      To Whom it may concern,

Please reference previous complaint ID: ******** and *********** for more information.
After multiple complimentary visits with multiple accusations, I thought it was best for **************** to find another dentist who could meet her expectations. I also informed her that if she felt I was not ethical, she could see another dentist for a second opinion and/or open a complaint with the **************************. I feel confident other dentists and the ***** of ********* will find my work satisfactory and not causing her multiple complaints.
After repeated calling and emails, I offered to remove Ms.Fishers two implant crowns and reverse her CareCredit charges. I offered this to her along with a dismissal date of 12/3/2021 which was 30 days thereafter. After this date, I informed her I will no longer be her dentist and will no longer consider a refund. We have spoken to **************** and responded to her emails where she informed us, she was keeping the two implant crowns on #4 and #** to show other dentists and thereby didnt return to our office prior to the dismissal date.
Both implant crowns were removed by other dentists after my agreed upon refund date and dropped off at my front desk. I have made another offer to refund to ****************, if she will provide a report from the other dentist as to why the implant crown was removed and the reason for its removal and documentation of what is substandard with the implant crowns. I have also offered to have the patient arrange a pickup date and time to get the two implant crowns back. We have gone the extra mile to try to satisfy **************** and be fair.

      Sincerely,

      Bruce E. Bosler DDS

      Complaint: 17103712

I am rejecting this response because:

Mr. Bosler....is a liar! First, I got no complementary visits! I returned to the office twice after he placed the implants on Oct 12th ; because, the two implant teeth were cutting into my tongue due to the bite being off. The first visit he told me , to wait another week and see what happens. The following week I returned because by then my face had started to swell on the left side and the I had a headache. This was because an infection had starting brewing in the tooth next to it and my tongue was swollen. Those were the only two times I returned and asked him to remove the teeth and on the last visit...he declined to do so again!

Secondly, he only offered to refund my money because I contacted Care Credit Card prior to that ( he told me to leave his  office and he wasnt removing the teeth.) I wasnt able to find anyone to see me due to his mess until 12/1/21. Besides, I had to have a tooth removed  during that time..due to the swelling and The infection not going down...caused by him not taking the tooth out when I saw him last. Now, its a bit more challenging getting my height right because #** is gone. I may have to have replaced to correct that.

Thirdly, I told him if the new dentist could use either of the teeth I would keep one or both. However, it took a month after the first tooth was removed to get the swelling down because it was still causing sores on my tongue....even after the tooth was removed. Afterwards, upon trying to replace the tooth the same problem started again....so it was de terminus that #4 wasnt useable. Thats when I returned it in Jan....as Bosler knew what was going on and NEVER contested. Then, #** was removed ( as it still was affecting my toungue I that area ) and I immediately got canker sores for which I had to be treated with antibiotics....it was determined that one wouldnt be useable either. Hence, why I returned it earlier than anticipated in Feb.

Its shocking, that a Professional whose been servicing patients for many years....attitude and behavior toward me has been down right offensive. He has shown no empathy for my overall health. Nor, has he refunded me the $4316,00 that hes basically stealing at this point. It would appear to me that he needs the money..hence why Ive not gotten money back yet. Also, the fact that there was another complaint made about billing the same month as my incident. I NEVER asked for any favors or discounts from him.The only discount I got was $30.00 for items I supplied from my oral surgeon; so, again hes not being honest about that. Hes forgetting that they made a mistake twice  with the delivery of my implants. Once it didnt have the holes in it to attach it to my implant. Then,  he asked did I want him to make the holes..so they would have to send it back. The second time they didnt take the models I had to shape the teeth correctly. The third time was the BAD teeth Im speaking of now. All those incident had nothing to do with me!! Thats why hes so frustrated ..again mistakes happen...like these bad teeth!!

Finally, they stop communication with me at some point. However, I continues every step of theWAY letting them know what was going on. So, if there were any questions regarding refunds after( the invisible date hes saying relating to teeth been returned) ts clear that letter was referring to him seeing me for services...not starting it was related to 5e teeth being returned. WHY didnt they mention it?? I provided blow by blow of what was going on with my new dentist ( whom  Im still seeing) the one they said is no longer seeing me. I just want my money for the teeth returned and they were aware of it being returned. The emails even prove all Im saying. At this point, it appears the bank is putting it on him to refund me....what a joke...but he brings  them customers. I see Ill have to seek a civil suit to get my monies back and file with the dental board...hes earned both those Rights!

      Sincerely,
