    Over three months ago, on April 11th, Cozy Home Services installed a ********** Systems whole house water filter system in my front yard. This filter has continuously leaked carbon granules into the water system of my home, clogging up items like all my sprinkler heads, the water filter in my refrigerator, faucet screens, etc. Over the last three months, Cozy Home Services has come out to my home five times to resolve this problem and nothing has worked. On July 18th, I hand delivered a letter to *****, the owner of Cozy Home Services, which described in detail my experience and concerns. At the end of the letter I requested a refund. The next day, I met him at his office at 2:00. He refused to refund the money stating this is a warranty issue and said hes still trying to work this out with ********** Systems. I understand its a warranty issue, but at what point in time am I legally entitled to a refund? How much longer can this go on? Ive also contacted ********** Systems, twice, and have never heard back. I kept all correspondence such as texts, photos, videos, voicemails and the letter. All are available upon request.

    We installed a halo whole home, water purification system, and it turns out that the unit was defective from the factory
    We went back-and-forth multiple times with the manufacturer and finally they sent a new unit out. This took quite a few months to get this all figured out.
    And although the manufacturer did not offer any compensation to us
    We are still going there on Wednesday. He is on the schedule to replace his unit free of charge for him. He was very happy when I spoke with him last week more than likely will be taking his review down as well.


    We are five star rated on yelp and ****** and have a very good reputation in the area 
    We always do the right thing for our clients as they are super important to us
    Even if the company will lose money, we will do the right thing for them

    I will get the application form filled out tomorrow in the morning and scan it back to you
