    Rushed over in my uniform as I didnt have enough time to change out. After spending about ************************************************************************************************ front of a staff member and another customer she berated me telling me things like I was going to be raped, my hands would be chopped off, and I am a disgrace to the armed forces. She was triggered by my uniform fit and that my hair was in a ponytail. Both of which were acceptable. She was clearly mentally unstable. The receptionist intervened briefly giving the woman a single warning. Zero attempt to remove this woman or refuse services To her. The woman continued. The receptionist did try to rush me out of there to get out of the situation but no further warning was given to the woman berating me. I really tried to stay calm. I told her Ill pray for you. Youre clearly struggling. Things like that. the continuous abuse had me heated. I walked out to her son in the hallway and was going to get into the elevator. The son apologized explaining his mother is like this everyday. She suffer from a mental illness. This upset the woman further and she opened the facility door to continue in verbally harassing me. At this point I stood up for myself and responded In a few choice words and just took the stairs. I did receive a call from the facility after a few minutes but it was only to schedule my follow up with a brief apology. I believe this woman still received her services. The facility was very clean the staff member who gave me my services was wonderful. However still allowing a customer like that to wait in their waiting room to receive services was a no for me. I was utterly humiliated and sat in my car for about five minutes just crying as Ive never received this type of treatment before. Ive never been told I would be raped for wearing a ponytail in uniform. I still cant believe this happened with little intervention from staff.
