      Received my order on August 2nd. Upon opening it, I noticed my order had a missing item and wrongly received item. I immediately send the support team a message (apparently no 800#???). I sent them EVERYTHING they asked for and they KEEP asking again for the same thing! I received a long sleeve sangria color underscrub instead of my size M regular 9 pocket sangria joggers. I sent them the picture of the underscrub and tag, a picture of my FULL order confirmation AND all pieced received within the order which contained the following! 6 picked hunter green scrub top, 9 pocket hunter green joggers, 6 picked sangria scrub top and a sangria long sleeve underscrub (underscrub is wrong item received)Missing is the size M regular length 9 pocked sangria Jogers that I paid $27.99 for! I want my item!!!! All photos attached of all parts of order number #*******, Ive spent over $400 with this company, never again!

      Order placed on 6/19/2024. The transaction was paid using Affirm and the order was shipped to me on 6/20/2024 with a projected delivery date of 6/26/2024. The package was not delivered on 6/26/2024. A week after the projected delivery date the package was still not received so I reached out to *** to inquire about where my package was located as the tracking said it had been moved to different facilities in my area a handful of times. *** told me they couldnt do anything for me and to reach out to **** as they were delivering the package for ***. **** told me they could not do anything for me as it was a *** tracking number but to reach out to the company directly to get them to send me the **** tracking number. I reached out to the company on the same day, 7/3/2024 and have been on correspondence with the company multiple times since. I have been told they cant do anything for me and that the tracking is being updated so my package is out of their hands. The tracking information is being updated with the same information since 6/26/2024 and there is now no projected delivery date associated with the package. I have asked the company directly multiple times for a refund as it does not look like I am going to receive my package and they are refusing a refund since the package was shipped. The company is also not offering to replace my product as the tracking number is being updated. The price of the transaction was $139.95. It has been almost a month since my package was supposed to be delivered and at this point I have had to go buy different scrubs to be able to adhere to my jobs dress code, which is originally why I placed this order to begin with. I would like my transaction refunded or my product replaced and the company to take responsibility for the issue at hand.

      I placed an order on 6/12/24. Received email that order was delivered 6/19/24 to a mailbox. That's was not my address. Tried reaching out to business. Each time I called the same gentleman answers, I instructed me to download app from app store I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that, I did give my order #, I told him I didn't have to use an app to place my order I gave him my order #, he then stated that's the only way to get a refund, I told him I want to speak with supv he then hung up the phone.

      I ordered a uniform that was advertised with pockets on the legs. The uniformed arrived without the pockets 2x now. I get no answer back on the emails.

      I purchased scrub pants for $27.99. I purchased the size I normally wear. The pants but by the end of the day the seat of the pants split. I didnt do anything such as excessive squatting to put additional tension on the pants. This happened on the first day I wore the pants and less than 2 days after I received them in the first mail. The company refuses to exchange or refund my money.

      I had ordered a set from mandala, pant and top scrub, for Christmas as a gift, the pants were too short, I am unable to find my order number, I reached out through the email services and no response yet

      I purchased scrubs and jacket from Mandala. All items too little, wanted to return, having trouble getting Order#, called and spoke with a man who wanted me to download ultra-viewer, so he could remote into my computer, refused to do this and asked if I could just be told where I could drop off the items for the free return they claim, he advised I could not do this. I told him then I will just return by mail and he told me I had to download the ultra-viewer, this is a new year and this is the legal way to return now, I disagreed and told him I would return by mail and hung up. The number I called, ************. He did not give a name. Very hard to understand. Thank you *****************

      Mandala scrubs never returned my money for scrubs I returned over a month ago

      I purchased a set of scrubs for work they were suppose to be delivered on the 7th. I have been trying to reach out to the company and theres no phone number so I sent the complaint through their emailing service and the info on their website and no response. I have contacted *** they are not helping at all even though it has said the package has been in ********* ** since the 7th. I paid ***** and I want my money back since they wont give me the scrubs. Very disappointing because I have been a good customer. No one should have to wait 2 weeks to a month to get their product or money back.
