      I purchased a set of scrubs for work they were suppose to be delivered on the 7th. I have been trying to reach out to the company and theres no phone number so I sent the complaint through their emailing service and the info on their website and no response. I have contacted *** they are not helping at all even though it has said the package has been in ********* ** since the 7th. I paid ***** and I want my money back since they wont give me the scrubs. Very disappointing because I have been a good customer. No one should have to wait 2 weeks to a month to get their product or money back.

      Hi, I placed an order with Mandala Scrubs, on October 13th, order #*******, I returned it the next day because it did not fit, I requested the money back to my card, but they only returned $3.75 and the rest was not back to my card or account. After reaching out to them many times, they said the rest was returned to my account as a gift card which was not true, the money is not on my account. I placed another set and I had to pay full price for it. So they have not returned the money back.

      I placed an order in early October, however the wrong address filled itself in, when I realized the issue I emailed the company the same night to try to change the address. I went to the address that my scrubs were sent to, and was able to obtain these scrubs. They did not fit so I exchanged them for different sizes. The site still did not let me change the address. This time the package was returned to sender. I have yet to receive a response, and as of now have wasted two hundred dollars on scrubs I have not received. I would just like the scrubs or my money back, but no one will contact me.

      I have reached out to Mandala customer service on 9/29/23, on 10/10/23 and again on 10/16/23 and 10/25/23. The wrong item was sent to me and they have yet to resolve the issue.

      I ordered 2 sets of Scrubs, 2 tops and 2 bottoms. I received a completely different order than what I purchased. Not my sizes, or the colors I wanted. I emailed the problem immediately upon receiving the delivery. I even sent my order number to them, and photos of what I received. All I wanted was an exchange of items. No response. I reached out on their social media, ******** and Instagram. They ghosted me! I finally reached out to my credit card company and they are going to resolve it for me since Mandala Scrubs is totally ignoring me. Now, I want my money back instead of an exchange because I feel totally scammed. I've never been treated this way by a company before, Ever! Completely unprofessional on their part, and an absolute waste of time and money on my part! This was my 1st experience purchasing scrubs, and I need these for school, which begins next week for me. I will never use this company again, and certainly will not recommend them to anyone! This company is a **** scam and they will take your money then ignore you when theirs an issue. Horrible experience dealing with this sham of a company.

      I placed an order on 10/07/23. Upon receiving my order I noticed they sent me two items which I did NOT order. I also had two items missing from my order. I was missing two jogger pants which I obviously needed to work. Upon reaching out they took a week to answer me but took my money within minutes. This company does not even have a number to call which would be acceptable if they had good customer service. It is now 10/20/23 and I still have not heard back let alone get the pants I ordered. I am frustrated and don't know what to do, I want my money or my pants that I am missing. I will never order from here again, extremely bad experience.

      I placed an order with Mandala Scrubs July 14th for 2 pairs of scrubs. The package was never received, I then proceeded to contact the company late July. They then informed me the mailing address was incorrect and asked for the information to update and resend the order. Order #******* is the original number. This package also did not arrive. Another correspondence was sent with customer service informing me a new order from ***** which was set to arrive 3-5 days which also did not arrive. I have since contacted them multiple times and have had no response. I'm hoping you can help intervene, it may seem trivial but as a family of 5 every cent matters and especially with having never received product, I'm desperately seeking assistance in getting this refunded.

      To whom it my concern, I purchased some nursing scrubs and by recommendation from fellow nurses as I like the product so therefore I bought a decent size order on 4/16/23. However, I haven't received any articles of clothing as they specified in their email below after purchase. I have emailed them on more than 3 occasions and do see it went through on my end and also text through their site with NO replies. They have my monies and if they can't send the product due to shipping issues ( I completely understand) just issue my monies back. I know circumstances are tough in ********** as I hear from others and see on news. But a reply email is not difficult, but only quick way for communication globally ! If they can send product , fantastic ! If they can't send product, just refund my money. I honestly don't want to pursue further avenues with this issue but I will of I have to.       Order #*******. I ordered two pairs of scrubs on 4/5/23 for a total of $89.96. Money was taken out of my account on 4/7/23. The email sent to me after I placed my order wasn't even a shipping confirmation, it was just an order confirmation saying that my items will ship between April 7-9th and that once it's ready to be shipped, I will receive an email with shipping details. I waited until 4/14/23 to email the customer service and ask for an update. They emailed back on 4/16/23 saying they are "experiencing a higher volume than normal, resulting in longer wait times" and "we are working on getting the orders shipped out this week/early next week."It is now 4/26/23 and I still have not received any shipping email or any communication from Mandala to keep me up to date on my order. I feel like I wouldn't mind a longer wait time if they could proactively communicate with their clients instead of me having to chase them down. Bad communication. They shouldn't take my money if they can't produce what I ordered.
