    I placed order number ***** with Sanctuarie on 09/20/2023, and I noted a needed by date of 10/6/2023 on the order. When I did not receive my order on 10/6/2023, I called their customer service number and spoke to a lady named *****. She apologized, and promised that my order would be delivered by 10/10/23 at the latest. She also promised to email tracking information.I never received the promised email, so I called back on 10/9/2023 and spoke to ***** again. She stated that I would receive the order by noon on 10/11/23. She also promised to credit 20% of the price of the order back to my credit card and email the tracking info. I still have not received any communication from Sanctuarie, and I still have not received my order. The items that I needed were for a trip, and I relayed this to ***** on both phone calls.I have been calling the company today (10/11/23) but I am not getting an answer at either their local number or at their toll free number. I have emailed them requesting a refund since the order will not arrive in time, but I have not received a response.

    Order:98784 (98784)Date:6/25/2023 I placed this order and it took a long time to receive it, Longer than normal. I finally received it and both of the items were horrible and defective.I contacted the company and was badly mistreated and called names and was told I had a crappy phone and got hung up on 3 times when calling back 6 different times they would not answer the phone and sent it to voicemail.I called back several hours later and got a different person then told her the issue with the order and the treatment she said she would call me back in an hour a few more hours went by and I called back got her again she give me the email address of ***** to send pictures to and I sent them ***** called me later that day 7/21/2023 she told me to keep or throw away the defective items she didnt want them back and she said she would remake the items and send them out Monday I would have them Friday 7/28 I never received the order or any communication I sent two emails to her informing her I never received the order and asked for a full refund including my shipping I still have not received any communication back at all I want my refund $85.39 ASAP

    I placed an order for an *********** dress on Monday, August, 15, 2022. Dress was never received. The dress was on clearance and cost 22.00. It is not the matter of just losing the money but it is also the fact that it was an *********** dress and being ******** I do not get out of the house so I was really disappointed that my money was taken and that I didnt receive a product. I tried to e-mail the company 5 times and call several times and was ignored. I would love a rectification on this.

    My wife and I ordered bathing suits in February. I called and s/w someone because we needed them by a certain date, and when I finally got ahold of someone, she sent them right away. When we got the suits, they were poorly made, barely together, and enormous! So I sent them back, asking for a smaller size for both suits. Well, that was 3 months ago, and I have heard nothing from the woman who runs this site, about my exchanged suits, or my money back. Now, I want a full refund for the items, because this is a huge inconvenience on myself and my wife. I was looking forward to the suit being the same quality as I have had in the past from the same person. The suits are poorly made with very little effort at this time, and she has no voicemail either, nor will she work with you on any issues.
