    Hello **************************** This email is to follow up on the several phone calls, voice messages and text messages we have left you regarding the repair of our deck that was damaged by your workers at **************************************. On June 17, we alerted you of the damage and sent you a follow up text message. You June 18th - You said you would arrive to look at the damages so we waited and no one from your company showed up. June 19 - We had to follow up with you, and asked if you were still coming. We informed you that we will be out of town and will be back on July 7th. You said this is fine, as this will give you time to look for the materials. July 7 - We had to follow up with you, on the status of our deck with no response from you. July 10 - We sent another text message, and offered to fix it ourself. Provided you an estimate for labor and materials for $300.00. You declined the offer and said you will come by in the morning to fix it. But no one from your company showed up and there was no call explaining why. July 26 - We tried to reach you, left a voicemail and sent another follow up text message requesting for a status on the repair. Do you have any intentions of fixing our deck or is your plan to continue to drag this out until we get tired of calling you? We have been the ones to always call your company for an update. Is this the quality of customer service you provide? I would also like to mention, on the record, ******************** has been completely destroyed. These plants were individually selected from gardens and nurseries from all over ************ over a time span of 3 years. All we have received was a "sorry". This does not compensate for the time, effort and finances we have spent to build this garden. Your team knew there were plants there but took no caution when trimming down the trees. Is this how your company operates?! Better to ask for forgiveness than permission. ******** and *********************** Residence of ********************

    This is the name of their company, its not **** Becerras. Im not sure if their registered because I cant find them in your search engine.
