    I initially wired Blackhawk Paramotor, *****************************************************************************, $11,603.00 on May 13 2022 for the purchase of a Blackbee 125 Paramotor complete package. Then wanted to upgrade to the go cart style Paramotor. When I divulged this to my wife, she got very upsetto the point where I called Mr. ************************* to cancel any and all orders. The request to cancel all items was made verbally to ******************** shortly after I had sent the wired funds. NO items had been shipped by Blackhawk Paramotor, NO items were shipped, or ever have been received to this date.I asked ******************** for a refund minus a restocking fee. He verbally agreed to a refund minus a restocking fee.I have called and texted ******************** numerous times. I have emailed Blackhawk Paramotor (with no reply), called multiple times and left voice messages. I even had one employee tell me that ******************** placed a hold on my refund after agreeing to a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.To this date, I have yet to receive any refund or even merchandise that was paid for. Zero, absolutely nothing for my $11,603.00
