    The return policy is misleading, failing to clearly state that using a welcome discount code nullifies refund eligibility. **************** was appallingunwilling to help a first-time customer with a one-time exception or by simply charging the full amount to allow for a refund. Quality of items received were extremely poor. Due to this shockingly poor treatment, I would never recommend LEAU to anyone and will avoid purchasing from them in the future.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE! Incredibly scammy return policy and terrible customer service. They make sure once you submit that order, that you will not get your money back if it doesn't work out. Learn from my mistakes! I even spoke with the founder herself. She reiterated that they do whatever they can to not refund the money back to your form of payment but rather keep it in the business with store credit. Incredibly shameful as a company.

    This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They sent me a dress in a different color than ordered. I contacted them, and sent them the proof they asked for. I was told a return tag would be issued. After that, all communication ceased. I sent three follow up emails, none of which were responded to. I am unable to process the return on my end as the return window has closed.

    Company is not transparent with their return policies. Paid for expedited shipping and it was sent regular post office taking 9 days. Item doesnt fit me they on.y offer store credit - $10 for unknown reason.Instagram should ban them as they are ripping people, off with shipping fees and restocking fees

    Ordered an item 4/24. Received a tracking number on 4/25 and there has been no movement since that date! Contacted **** on 5/2 and they told me they havent even received the item. I sent an email to this company on 5/2, they responded on 5/5 that they would look into it and get back to me. Today is 5/9 and havent heard a thing. Ive emailed again but now I want my money back. Guess I need to order something else for my daughter and call my bank. Im not throwing away $90!!

    Buyer beware. Do not order from this company, they are scam artists. You know that pop up that you get 15% off your first order, that pops up every 2 seconds when youre shopping? Yeah thats to save them from actually letting anyone return anything. If you use that return they dont let you get money back. Its a sneaky way to not have to pay costumers back for their product.

    I contacted company 4 times.I am contacting this company about my package. I ordered an item with enough time to be shipped with standard delivery. However I purchased expedited delivery on Monday 2/27/2023 for 2 day shipment. I have yet to receive my delivery for my event that is tomrrow. This is extremely unprofessional for the lack of communication with customers and horrible customer service, I can not get a hold of anyone. It is extremely inconvient. There is no indication on where my package is also it says there is security on my purchase however if there is security protection on my purchase why after three days of it being purchased there is still no tracking info on the item, what esactly is being protected if there is no location on my package ? This it truly disheartening for such a big event. Needless to say I would like to know where my package is and to be refunded the two day express charge, being that my package did not arrive two days from purchasing. What type of company is this ? I havent received any Ingormation beside my confirmation code

    You know the promo code that companies offer new customers? They have one of those but BEWARE!! If you use it, it voids the ability to return anything for a refund. And, trust me, you will want a refund! The prices and the quality don't match up. Back to the promo- When you click on the offer, it doesn't give you that warning. When you enter the code, it doesn't give you that warning. Had I known where my daughter was ordering from, I could have avoided this. We still plan to return it (which I'm sure they will delay receipt of past 14 days) and fight the charges through Amex. Suggestion TO LEAU- Just don't offer a promo. Or, include that policy when the promo is advertised. That way customers can decide if they want the risk.
