    11/20/23 i took my 2016 crv ****** becuase there where going to repair a piece of the car that my insurace AAA payed the body shop to be fixed.they had told me to wait four hours and my car was going to get release back to me they had taken all pieces apart from the inside front of the car and the front big glass .****** is the owner and manager **** came to get me and the told me that i haded to leave the car for other 2 days at body shop on the 11/22/2023 when i went to pick up my car i turn on the car and its had 3 lights on the board and i ask the owner ****** that why was that on the car if my car never had those lights on, and he call **** the manager and told to take off the lights and they tried to do it but the could take it off from the car .I proceeded to take the car for the pass three days after on friday i left it on the body shop they gave me a car for rent on friday the said they where going to take the car to the dealership to do a reset on the car on the same friday in the afternoon the gave me the car back and **** told me the car was all good and the lights where off the board I used my car the next day and **** had forgotten the paperwork from dealership in my car .so i went to the dealership for someone to tell me what the paper said the person help me told that my car had damages. i went to the body and ask them why they didnt told me that ****** had alot other problems they havent answer back to fix all the other issues .01/23/24 i took my 2016 ***** crv to dealership to get and inspection and i payed out of my pocket . i need your guys help to get fix my car but i want to take the car to my own bodyshop

    To whom it may concern,

    After thoroughly reading the customersstatement of the problem they withhold from our service. FAS Autobody ensures that all damage pertaining to the vehicle claim on ********************************* 2016 ***** CRV was done and repaired in accordance with damages that at the time were approved repairs by the Insurance. When ******************** brought her vehicle to our facility regarding lights that were marked on her vehicle dashboard, the vehicle was taken to the dealership for a diagnosis regarding the lights on her dashboard. All damage related to her vehicle claim was resolved and handled properly. ******************** was made fully aware of the process done to her vehicle.As of today, the 2016 ***** CRV demonstrates negligent vehicle maintenance and is not well kept. Her complaint is in no way related to repairs done during the period when her vehicle was brought into our facility, and this was fully explained to ********************. The issues the vehicle owner claims are not related to the repairs completed. The issue with the lights on the vehicle dashboard were properly repaired. The vehicle shows mechanical problems unrelated to the repairs completed. This was also explained to ********************, which she refused and said we were responsible for. Furthermore, if any other questions or complaints arise regarding the repairs done to ********************** vehicle, we have documentation which provides proof of the repairs that were approved and completed in accordance with the claimants Insurance.
