5 starsOrder date: 4/17/2025 Service was quick and customer service was excellent. (I had a question during the ordering process and I could actually call and talk to a live person who was very knowledgeable and had an english-dialect which was first class). My progressive lens were a perfect fit and so was the eye alignment/measurement using the Online Cam *********** tool. I will def be ordering more from Overnight.Review fromVeronica M

5 starsI greatly appreciated the free shipping, the updates regarding my order, the timely receipt of the finished product (especially considering I reside on the island of **** in ******), and my previous lenses. My glasses fit well, I love the transition color options and found that my selection will be useful for when I go hiking! I was so content with my order that I placed an order for sunglasses! I am really thankful for Overnight Glasses! I took a leap of faith as I have never ordered new lenses online before, but I am so glad I did. 5 starsI've purchased several pair of glasses, including lens replacement on frames from Overnight Glasses. I had one pair of wrap around glasses that had issues with frame replacement. *** with customer *************** in production were able to find the exact frame & return these prescription sunglasses in perfect shape. Although not all orders are returned overnight - Overnight Glasses are able to return glasses at least twice as fast as any eyeglass company I've done business with.Review fromElder V

This website is clearly designed just to make you buy, not to serve you. They advertise next-day delivery for glasses, but they dont actually deliver on time. When I called to cancel my order, they told me the glasses would arrive before the refund would even though they had already charged my account. It feels like a trap to keep your money as long as possible.

This place lies. All the people on the phone are just people @ home. I ordered glass in the 26th of March. That don't say anything but get your glasses in 24hrs. We'll that's a lie. And I guess are just suppose to make up lies that will calm the caller. So I told the I want to take to a manager that is in the office. I told him what I've been going through and he told me that had to remake the lens, do this I asked, if the other *** said they could make me a plastic frame care of glasses and could get it Overnight, why could they remake the lens for the glasses I ordered and get them to me 2maro. No answer. Said hopefully they will ship Monday or Tuesday. So overnight glasses is actually eight day glasses. We'll I guess I hope it eight daysOvernight Glasses

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience with your order. We understand your frustration in not receiving your order in the timeframe you were expecting. Unfortunately, the delay was due to us having to remake the lenses and the extra manufacturing time needed for the frames. These specific rimless frames do require extra steps in manufacturing as the holes in the lenses are manually drilled by our technician. When our customer service team gave you a new ***, we did everything we could to ensure that the order would ship but unfortunately, we did need more time as the lenses did not pass quality control. In these situations, we sent you a follow up email notifying you of the delay. We did our best to be as accommodating as possible given the delay by offering you a free back up pair or a discount on your order. I do see that we were able to complete the glasses for you on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Do not use this company! I ordered glasses because I'm having ***** surgery and cannot wear my contacts for a week prior. I sent in a picture of my prescription, straight from my *** along with my order. My glasses were delivered in 2 days. Loved how they looked! BUT I couldn't see. Figured out they did my prescription backwards! Left eye prescription was on the right side and right side prescription was on the left. Making them useless to me! Explained this and the ** *** asked for picture of my prescribed again, and then ghosted me! At this point I said that I just want my money back. NO RESPONSE! $150 for useless glasses and zero customer service! ************Overnight Glasses

5 starsI have been using Overnight Glasses for 14yrs and have never been disapointed, if getting frames or replacing lenses they always do a perfect job! Their site is easy to use and they have an excellent variety of frames to choose from. They are quick too when replacing lenses. Only place I'll use for my eyeglass needs!
