Scam, scam, and scam/ ordered glasses awhile back and its still not shipped/ they keep telling me there lost in production and or lost. ??????

My experience was frustrating and expensive. First, I did not get my glasses overnight. I was living in a pair of broken glasses and desperately needed new ones. It took three days to get the pair I ordered from Overnight Glasses. Second, the lenses were poorly made and arrived damaged! I had to send the glasses back and have new lenses made. So, I lived in broken glasses for another week. Third, when they finally arrived, the second set of lenses hurt my eyes so much that I was getting headaches and nausea. By this point, I just wanted to send the glasses back for a refund. But guess what? Overnight Glasses wont refund my money. They wanted me to send the glasses back to them again and have the lenses remade... for a third time. I decided to just keep the frames and call it a wash. A $600 wash. Ill have them made into sunglasses or something. Theyre cute RayBan frames but, what a waste! Dont trust Overnight Glasses with your eyes. Just. Dont.

We understand how difficult it may be to not have a properly working pair of multifocal glasses. We can gladly offer you another remake to ensure the lenses are working properly for you. Progressive lenses do take two days to manufacture and one day for delivery. It looks like your order did experience a one day delay due to a manufacturing delay. We are truly sorry about this delay. Multifocal lenses are an extremely complex lens to manufacture and sometimes these delays can occur. Before shipping your lenses out, they go through a rigorous quality control check to ensure the quality and accuracy of the lens are flawless. After reviewing your order, it sounds like a new progressive design or fine tune adjustment will fix the issue you are experiencing. Different types of progressive lenses may take longer to adjust to or may need small adjustments to the transition area to ensure a more comfortable viewing experience for the patient.
