I am formally filing this complaint against Supreme Remodeling Inc. do to their lack of professionalism and constant disrespect of time and property. My grandmother started a reconstruction project at the end of December 2021 that still has yet to be completed despite the contract stating work should've been done in March 2022. A $50k deposit was given at the beginning of this $195k dollar job. It was in the contract to be completed 3 months after permits where pulled. We have copies of the permits dating back to January 3, 2022 making the finish time sometime in March 2022. I am currently writing this letter on July 12, 2022 to inform the BBB and anyone else veiwing this message that no further work other than the "gut out" of the house has been completed since January 2022. To add insult to injury the site overseer *** has been very unprofessional, "cat-calling" my grandmother, yelling and making her feel very uncomfortable. **. ******* the owner of this corporation is not innocent either as he has tried multiple times to swindle my grandmother out of money $10k at a time through a series of convoluted contracts, all while no progressive work is being done on the property. They have misappropriated funds leading to the delay of our project for an extra 6 months which has cause my grandmother to loose almost $10k in revenue from her property. This is absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done about this company. They have truly been nothing but grief since the beginning and we are entirely fed up with Supreme Remodeling Inc. We as well went to their office today to speak with ************************************************** (Manager) who said they would do something about it. As of 07/17/22 (submission date) only the dumpster has been removed, no further work has been completed.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/10/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/10) */ We are working on this project and are working very closely with the consumer and are communicating with the consumer on a daily basis. We are working to get the work done as promptly as possible. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/19) */ I'm sorry to inform you but our communication with the company is lack luster at best. We requested for our primary method of communication to be through phone contact if an in person meeting was unavailable, as well as email for record. Since fervently agreeing in person (on recording) they have disregarded our agreements and have only communicated through email. At best they disrupt communication chains by misspelling email handles and then blaming us for lack of communication. Etc., etc. This project has truly become very triggering to communicate via message. If possible is there someone I can communicate in person with or over the phone to fully dissect the situation. This company has been very slippery since at least my initial contact in July and I would just like to voice that with a level headed person.
