Communication is terrible. They sent us a tv upside down that we think messed up the color on it. We tried doing the ******* color fix. It didnt work. They offered to give us partial credit or we can send it back and get a new one. We picked the switching it out. We used the exact box and foam to repackage it. The ***** guy showed up with just himself. This is a 75 inch tv. We offered to help carry it down the three flights of stairs. He said no Im just going to slide it down. They then sent us a photo of the damaged tv they sent us saying it had more damage and that we packed it wrong also asking what do you want us to do I said send us our money the tv was broken already. I had sent them pictures and videos of the screen before we sent it back and they said yes it was damaged. So regardless if we packed it wrong or not. They said they would put a claim in and let us know what happened. We had to call weekly for four weeks and they said they havent heard anything. Now theyve gone completely silent. *** asked for my $1,000 to just be sent back because we want nothing to do with this company and went to Best Buy. As a business multiple owner I would never treat my clients like this let alone rob them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a damaged *** they offered replacement, never sent it, offered partial refund, never issued it. Took months to respond to emails until outside of refund windows. Bought 2nd TV with dented screen, received a replacement 1 month later with more damage, neither came with remotes, and wasted 60 days getting refund. Took 3 weeks just to get tracking info. They'll pick up calls and act very friendly but once you've given them money, they don't respond and will be highly selective in what they respond to. I could ask about one thing and then ask about my partial refund they promised, and they answer the first question and ignore the second. I'll followup on the partial refund and they'll just ignore. Then I ask a different question and they'll answer. How can 3/3 TVs be damaged? The damages on TV 3 were not even impact damages from shipping. They were frame gaps, which had to occur from a poor repair job, and frame pinch points, which can only occur prior to or during the packing of the *** not in transit. The dead pixels in TV 1 were dust particles from shipping? Then wouldn't the replacement you offered also meet the same fate? Wouldn't all your TVs that arrive to you after shipping around various owners all have dust particles?
