      April 3, 2024 I purchased 2023 mercedes Benz from Keyes European motors.Mercedes Benz financing gave me a capital cost reduction credit of $8,997 as down payment also Mercedes Benz finance pay my first car note $1,255 car payment..Keyes European fraud me out my credit and apply $7969 into my contact as a debt owned. The rest of my credit Keyes motor keep it and never apply as a credit.DMV Keyes motor fraud me out of $800 to pay for my license and registration fee. ********************** motor only paid $50.00 to dmv. I contacted dmv investigation office and they found that Keyes motor fraud and over charge me for my car tags. Keyes motors send a check for $747.Keyes motors added ties warranty and services warranty without my authorization when I exposed what they did a refund ***** will be send to me 6 week Keyes European motors refuse to give me my $8997.Keyes motors fraud &racism should be investigated and I am ask that Keyes motor paid me my $8997 that Mercedes Benz finance gave me as a down payment.Mercedes Benz finance company will verify as my witness that key European motors fraud Contact Mercedes Benz finance ************** I will agree to give you authorization.to speak to openly about the fraud that Keyes motors have did against me.

      we did not charge for registration so nothing to refund and due to the fact that you have a loan on the vehicle any cancelation or funds from a cancelation needs to go the lien holder

      Keyes motors dealership operated in treachery and fraud.

      I leased a new vehicle on 10/30/23.I turned in my old vehicle and the agreement was that they would buy the car directly through manufacturer. Well a week later I got a letter in the mail for excessive damage. They were aware of the damages on the vehicle when I turned the car in. There was no surprises. So I have called emailed and txt multiple times to MBFS and the dealership. MBFS was able to reduce the $4800 damage fees to $1799.91 after calling multiple times. BFFS told me that they cant do anything else and that I have to contact the dealership directly. Were at 6 weeks now and the dealership is ignoring my emails. I have txt and emails from dealership

      01/06/2023 took my car G wagon G 63 ***************** to service since the car was 11monthes and brakes was makeing noise very very loud noise , this was my 3rd time in between ******************************************************************************************************************************************* this defaulted car for different one anf sent to me to Sales representative ***** who himself has 2 different guys on ***** so basicly they sell the cars **** him and get cut of commission , mob style, I only understood this later on. ***** showed me this Chine Blue G 63 WIN# ***************** with ed ******** , I explained him that that is exextly what I have and what was the garantee that this car wont have the same brake problem that my 2021 G 63 *****************.He told me that this one went serious diagnostics since the dealership is aware of G 63 Break issues. Later on I found out once they trade in that car from me resold it and currently has 3 recalls on it, without disclosing . They made me sign new contract some of the pages of contract was completly empaty and some of the pages later on I found out was not even signed or filled out by me . I was told that its a transefer of tigtels since they are taking back defaulted car and giving me totally different win number and to title change , new license plate will cost me money and thats all. , February I start reciving bills from Mercedes ************** and called them and was explained that the way transefer was done that they trade in my car less than my pay off amount was , to explained detailed my car pay off was 190k dealaership paiid 160 and transefered the rest on my new loan, bespites that I had EQUITY ON MY ACCOUNT , AND ALSO FAKED A FORM OF CANCELING TIRE WARE TARE OF ******************************************************************* AND ONCE I GOT THE CANSELATION FORM IS FORGED NOT SIGNED BY ME OR FILLED OUT BY ME . AFTER COMPLAINING TO MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIAL I WAS EXPLAINED I NEED TO TALK TOTHEM DIRECTLY SINCE WHEN THEY CALLED DEALERSHIP NOT ONLY DENIED THAT ALL THAY ARE FRENSHISE AND ALL GOES BACKTO DEALERSHIP THAT VICTOMISED AND DID FRAUD ON ME . NOW I AM STOCK WITH THE LOAN OF 70K OVERPRISED , LOST 70K OF DOWN PAYMENT OF MY DEFAULTED CAR, AND EXTRA 15K OF DOWNPAYMENT OF ON NEW CAR WHICH FOUND OUT WAS 18K SINCE THEY FORGED *********** CANCELATION FORM AND GOT EXTRA 4206K AND APPLIED TOWARDS TO DOWNPAYMENT WHICH GOES TSTRAIGHT TO DEALERSHIP POCKET.

      as you when through our finance department they did go over all of the documentation along with the contract that explains how much you have sold your vehicle to us and how much we sold our vehicle

      Sales person signed with me deal and gave me sign wron documents on purpose to make money on me. Heres my message to him:I receiving calls this morning that I owe 6200$ to Mercedes for wear and tear and other fees for my older car that I traded in. No one is giving concrete answers so Im asking you to send me a document explaining that my deal included my trade in and as was explained to me several times that Im no longer liable for any damage or fees for the older vehicle once traded in, otherwise there was no reason for me to turn in the vehicle earlier and obtain a new lease deal from you. I dont deal with things like this, due to the nature of my work. My lawyer on the other hand is currently on standby, and Ill have to resort to solve this via legal means if what promised to me is not manifested. Im very disappointed in how Mercedes handles this type of things, and as a once client who wanted to bring business into Mercedes, I would have to reconsider my options in the future. This is not even including that I havent had my brand new vehicle in almost a week and a half and having limited mileage on my loaner but yet paying full price for a leased vehicle. I hope you can see through my frustrations and provide me with some answers by the end of today.

      i looked into this matter and it looks like that Mercedes Benz is charging you for your obligations on your prior lease such and wear and tear  unfortunately this is not something that we have control of not we could adjust 

      based on what i see Keyes Mercedes just did a lease return on your behave 

      i know that Mercedes ************** offers a pre inspection prior to the end of the lease that gives you an estimated of any fees or damages.

      On January 4, 2022 I drove my 2017 Mercedes Benz Sprinter (vin# *****************) with Check Engine light on to Keyes European at ************************************************. As per professional diagnose the issue was in a Upstream Nox Sensor which Keyes European pledged to replace under the warranty. But since they didn't have the part in stock it was promised to order and replace the part upon it's arrival.13 month passed, today is January 10, 2023, and the part is still not replaced!!!On December 12,2022 I called Mercedes Benz *** on *********** phone number and filed a complaint (case# 2-33984663558). In addition on January 6, 2023 I sent a follow up email to ********************************************************** with no visible result.Please, help me to solve the issue, taking into consideration that the vehicle is cargo van being used in business and it will fail to pass the smog check with that issue.I bought the vehicle in 2018 from the Mercedes Benz official dealer.

      Awesome Sales Team, Horrible Service Department, even WORSE General Manager. When I bought my car, I was forced to get Perma-Plate which is an added coating they put on the car. I had a recall on my car so I decided to do my perma-plate as well. It took them a week to get back to me that my car was ready, did not give me a loaner vehicle, and when I went to pick up my car, it was in WORSE shape than I had left it in. At closer look, I found scratches (attached below) all over my car, one of which was through the paint. I spoke with*****, the service manager, who completely trivialized the damages on my car. He said he will personally take care of it and have my car ready by the end of the week. When I came back AFTER FOUR WEEKS, the scratches were not taken care of. I tried calling***** who kept ignoring my calls during this time so I received a call from one of the General Managers, *****, who assured me that I would be receiving a refund on my Perma-Plate money in a few weeks. I did not receive a check, so I decided to go in and speak with him again. He was not available, so I met with ************ the other general manager. He was very abrasive and derogatory towards me and my mom when we explained the situation to him. His mannerisms and tone of voice was accusatory and began questioning why I left my car there for so many weeks. He didn't believe my car was there for four weeks and that the scratches could have possibly been there before servicing my vehicle. When I told him to check the records on the service department, he refused to and told me to do him a favor and never come back to Keyes European again. My family has spent close to a quarter of a million dollars at this location and we were treated horribly by the service department and ***********. Rest assured, I will never come back here again, buyer beware.

      Keyes Benz sold me a car when they did not have a title which then delayed me receiving my license plate. They then tried to make me pay for the previous year registration and not provide me with a current one. And after I went to Kelley Blue Book, they sold me my car way over the suggested price.

They also advertised my car as a Certified Pre Owned. ************** bragged it was. But now they're saying it's not. I have the screenshot where it states it was CPO.

      April 15, 2020 was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I called them the day before about a car i wanted to purchase. I let him know im coming from ***** and renting a car to get there and before i come i want to make sure price of car and please hold it for me. I explained that i can pay half of the car and the remainder monday april 18. He told me yes to all things. I asked those questions because i didnt want to waste my time coming down.. to make a long a long three hours there short. He sold me car ***** more then price on car, then told me i have to finance card because he cant take two payments, which before i drove the 4hrs there and rented a car for **** he agreed to my terms over the phone....after just losing my husband im exhausted and didnt have the energy to go back and fourth i paid the extra ***** and allowed the finance go through.. just was a horrible experience and exhausting

      I gave them one star simply because they have the most incredible sales people who really do work very hard for you. However I would stay far away from this place if anyone is considering getting service done there. Their advisers are typically completely clueless. It takes them weeks to resolve problems. And in my particular situation thanks to their negligence my insurance company is having to fork up $****** and here's why: a handful of months ago I went in because I had hit a pothole and my rim was cracked my tire completely ruined. Thankfully I had protection under a package I purchased at time of sale. However when I picked my car up again, there was a nine noise coming from the front right wheel. This continued and I echoed my serious concern to my service representative. Not only this but I sent voice memos with the sound that was coming from the tire, I mentioned it to him at least on 20 separate occasions, the car went in again for a massive error that populated on the console telling me that I shouldn't be driving the car there is a problem with the transmission. The car was towed into the dealership to have it looked at, and they found no issues so they cleared the air manually. I then proceeded to relay that I would like for them to take another look at the rim and instead of just cosmetically fix it there's a crack in it and that's causing this weird noise we are a month later tire out with my in the car. Thankfully we're both safe. The car was towed into the dealership and lo and behold they magically found that not only am I going to have to pay for two new tires both were bolt at 0 mm for reasons unbeknownst to me I am a mother of two and drive like a responsible adult, not like a racecar driver. That said they investigated further only to find that the suspension was bent. In addition after shelling out close to $**** that my insurance company covered which was required according to them, they also proceeded to tell me that some thing was messed up

      Went in for a check engine waited 5 hours they did not do/ but lied said they did. Charged me $250.00 but no report of the check engine light or what was wrong with car. Paid $250.00 Got 0 ??? Want a refund and my report I paid for free due to all the time and hassle. I'm going to the Mercedes Benz main office and have a report and video of the employees acting fool on my car was hit 2 times by other cars in bay.
