We bought a GLA car 3 weeks ago from Keyes European in Van Nuys. ************* the GSM promised us a refund check of ************* as they did a trade for our Audi Q3. They promised the check will come in 2 weeks. I left messages for *****, the rep who sold us the car and *****, who talked us into this deal with a promise of the refund. ***** wrote us a note if this refund does not come through we can void this transaction. I am willing to provide this signed note by *****. Left messages nobody is calling me back. This car is for my young daughter and my daughter has worked hard to save this money to buy this car. Now her bill is coming up and she needs to cover the additional money that was promised. I am gravely I'll but I promised my daughter, I'll do everything to recoup this money from this company. ***** even told me when I was hesitant on this deal that Mercedes Benz is a billion dollar company and will not renege. I am hoping for a quick resolution soon.Business response

On December 22nd of 2020 I purchased my vehicle with this dealership , my vehicle was sold to me pre-owned but "certified" After getting my car serviced and lifted I was told that my exhaust pipe is welded and unoriginal ! A car can not be sold as certified with a welded pipe I took my car to Mercedes in OC and they saw that there is so many issues with my vehicle that it should not be deemed as 'certified" and I have a report in detail. I am a first time buyer and I believe Mercedes took advantage of that , I believe since I am a young woman I was deemed to not pursue anything against them. I would like for Mercedes to acknowledge that they sold me a vehicle that is not certified and to fix the problem.
