We hired twin home experts on 4/20/24 in a desperate attempt to eliminating our rat problem in our townhome. Our unit has had by far the most damage but we have shared walls with 3 other units totaling 4 units. We all agreed to hire this company, so we can resolve the issue. The rats have caused 5k plus in damages in our property. Twin home experts have ******* videos saying every other company is wrong in their approach and only they can get rats out of walls. In the video they say if you hire a rat company and they dont solve your problem in 5-10 days fire that company. At $10,800 almost 5x price of the previous company we hired; we were under the impression our rat problem would be solved in under 10 days. They cut holes in our ceiling in multiple areas to put cameras and set traps. The cameras were to watch the rats behaviors they said. Then went on a rant on how they have to trust the cameras the cameras dont lie. They gave us access to a couple of the Wyse cameras so we could monitor for rats. Ive seen rats of the cameras multiple times which theyve denied, until I screen recorded my phone and sent them the rat video. They couldnt go back and review the cameras because they refused to put an SD card in the camera so they had to rely on the motion senser on the camera to record which I proved to them wasnt working. A month later they reached out to my neighbor asking to come pick up their equipment because theres been no rat sightings, despite a week prior the Wyse camera recording a rat. The most recent rat sighting on 6/16/24 after they tried collecting payment in full, and succeeded with one of my neighbors. 2 months later they have caught zero rats. What this company is doing is fraudulent, they charge 5x the price other companies, they use deceptive marketing claiming they can solve the problem in under 10 days, then refuse to see rats in the cameras, say the jobs done and come for payment in full without catching a single rat.

January 7th, **** I contacted them about a rodent issue and potentially other services I may need. After giving them my address reluctantly, I never heard back from them which makes me feel very unsafe giving my address to complete strangers and never hearing back from them. I just called their office today, January 31 and requested that any information I provided be discarded since they seem like scammers. He says that since a work order was not created he does not have my information. However I also provided one of the twins my address. I just want my information discarded for my safety. If they don't plan to provide services that they advertise, please stop asking for people's addresses. With all of the fraud going on in this country, I don't want to feel like something is going to happen outside of my request.

we dont take clients information and share it with anyone.

good luck and hope you find someone that can solve your rodent issue.
sorry you felt we were not trustworthy.

The Twins Home Experts came to my home on Sunday, August 27th. They were here to install 2 toilets and do some cleanup of my bathrooms and guest bedroom. They were paid by a charity serving senior citizens of which I am one. They installed the toilets and did a fine job with the clean up, however, the next day I realized that property was missing. My antique marble top table that was my grandmother's was missing. This table is worth around $800. The lamp that was on that table was missing. That was a wedding gift. Figurines that had belonged to my grandmother were gone. Smoke detectors that I had sitting on my dresser are gone along with some tools I had there as well. Gone, gone, all gone.
