    This company cold called our office stating they would offer us a "free" cartridge for our printer. Girl at our front desk is new and was not aware of this scam, they have tried this in our office before. She agreed, and they sent a cartridge - with an invoice. A woman from US Imaging Systems continued to call the office and would not speak with anyone except for the girl she spoke with the first time. Would not leave a message, hung up immediately when asked the reason for her call, and called from a restricted line. I got them on the phone today and was told we would be transferred to customer service for a return label, and then was immediately hung up on. I called back, and was told the label is in the works and we do not need to speak to anyone further. They hung up immediately again.Stay away! Do not give your company address out to them - they will keep calling, will not remove you from the list, and bill you against your knowledge. We will not be paying this invoice for a product she was told was free. Scam.

    Scam like others have said. Will blow up your business line even when you say multiple times that they are not aloud to call this number bc of disrupting business. They will then send you free samples then turn around and lie about them being free and sending an invoice. when you explain this to them they will just get rude, mad and hang up on you threatening collections. This company and anyone who works for them is Such a joke. DO NOT EVEN SPEAK TO THEM JJST HANG UP IF THEH CALL.

    I picked up the phone once and didn't even finish the call, hung up and a couple of weeks later they had sent us a cartridge that I'm sure the agent said would be free. Before i even finished listening to what she had to say our call got disconnected on my end, she still sent the cartridge along with an invoice. I paid regardless knowing I was not going to order again. For some reason they decided to send us two more, LIKE HOW CAN YOU DO THAT WHEN SOMEONE DOENST EVEN PLACE AN ORDER. I tried calling their number of course no answer. So, I have just sent an email telling them we will not be accepting this order or invoice and asked for a return slip. Do not answer their calls. they are like a ********. The absolute cheek.

    When ******************* of ******************* called for a return label at 1pm 9/12/2024 she was told our customer service department was closed and a return call will be made the following day. She continued to call and after the 3rd time the operator spoke to her, she was told the hours of operation for that department. She then called before the company even opened at 5am calling us liars for not being open when she was told the correct hours (not 5am)When the department opened she was the first call in line and was provided what she wanted. We feel we have done an exemplary job trying to satisfy her and this complaint is spiteful

    Stay away from this company!!They call non stop trying to sell you their products. They offered to send us free printer cartridges and then after we received them, they sent an invoice for them. Spoke to them on the phone and they said it was a mistake that they told us it would be free, but they would send us a shipping label to return the cartridges. 2 months later we are still receiving invoices from them. If you get a call from this company, hang up immediately and be glad you did!

    We did send a return label to pick up our merchandise as requested. They may have gotten a statement due to the product not being received. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will credit out invoice #*****.Thank you.

    If I could give this company no stars I would! DO NOT EVER accept anything from them! They called several months ago and said that they were trying to get their name out there and would send FREE cartridges but to keep them in mind should we want to use them going forward. I never agreed to anything and told them I did not want the cartridges. They ended up sending them along with a $10 promotional ********* card. The cartridges came in while I was out and put into our supply closet and 2 of them were used before I could pull them and send them back. 1 of the cartridges sent ended up leaking in the printer and totally ruined our printer/printer heads! I received an invoice several months later saying that I owed $175.35 for the cartridges and shipping! I called immediately and spoke with the accounting **** who told me there must have been a mistake with the invoice and to not worry about it, and then 3 month later received a Statement saying we still owed the $175.35! I called then and DEMANDED to talk with someone who could actually do something about the invoice and supposedly spoke with the Owner who tried to tell me the times were hard and they couldn't find decent people to work for them without wanting crazy wages and blah blah blah that it was all miss construed and that he would take care of the account. I used the so-called prepaid label and sent back the 2 cartridges I had since the other 2 were used and I received an email from them saying that they only received 2 cartridges and they wanted me to pay for the two that were used! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, THEIR PRODUCT ***** AND THEY WANT WAYYY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THEIR "NEWLY RECONSTRUCTED" CARTRIDGES! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

    Customer was provided with a return label as requested and returned 2 of the 4 cartridges from Invoice #*****.. Upon receipt, we emailed customer asking to advise us of the other 2. Was never asked for payment, only outstanding return status. Customer emailed back saying the 2 were used and a payment would be forthcoming. Upon receiving this correspondence, we once again reached out to customer for clarification who stated a check would be forthcoming. Thank you

    US Imaging contacted our office in September 2023. They introduced themselves and then we received an order of ink. I wasn't aware they shipped anything nor ordered it. Our front desk thought it was from our typical company and opened the box and organized the products. I called multiple times to let them know I did not purchase any ink and our phone conversations are recorded to prove the calls. I received another call a few weeks ago and they asked if we liked their ink and were sending us a complimentary blue tooth speaker. We received the speaker and more ink with the invoice stating $0. I called and left a voicemail on 3/14/24 to discuss receiving more ink which we didn't place. ***** called back today, 3/20/2024, and initially said there is no charge for the ink. It is part of the promotional package we paid for in November. Then he said we will get a bill in May for the ink we received, but he just said it was part of the promotional package. I explained to him we didn't purchase any ink in Sept and were billed and we didn't purchase this ink and why would we be billed in May. He said he has never heard of anyone not purchasing the ink. I let him know our phone conversations are all recorded and this make me feel uncomfortable and that this is a scam. He then cut me off and was condescending and said he will just send a label to send the ink back and take us off the list. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was one and that he will just remove us from the mailing list. Do not answer any calls from this company. I think if you say yes when answering a simple question of theirs, it counts as ordering ink from them. Do not answer any of their calls. It is a scam.

    We originally spoke with ******************* of Brace Place on 9/27/2023. A sales representative sold her a set of cartridges. We call and verify the machine model and go over what is being shipped. Then Invoice #***** was paid. We shipped another set of cartridges 2/16/2024. ***** called us to let us know she did not want the shipment. We apologized for the inconvenience and told her we would issue a return label but it would take a couple weeks as we are short staffed. We assumed we had satisfied her request. A prepaid label was sent to ***** today. We are now waiting on the merchandise to be returned.

    This company is AWFUL .... Received several solicitating calls about purchasing ink, after explain to sales rep that we were not interested and my manger would not like to purchase she hands the phone to another person who tells me that there would be NO CHARGE for me trying out the product. If we like the ink they would be happy to supply our office. With an additional incentive offer of sending a Starbuck gift card. ($10)Months go by and we never use or reach out to them for an additional order. However we receive an invoice. After several calls to accounting and the sales team explaining that the invoices were NOT wanted and have not been opened!!! I sent the unused ink back to them. ONE month later I receive an email requesting the ********* gift card back! Here is the message I received. "Good Morning, We received the cartridges from Invoice # but not the Prem ********* card for credit. Please advise"Of course NO Signature !!!!

    Placed ONE order months ago to try out the ink and their service. We stated that WE would reach out if/when we needed to place additional orders. They said great. Totally fine until we received two additional orders that we never requested or consented to. PO stated "Verbal" which is a complete lie. The last order we received was ink for a printer that broke months prior. Took a couple tries to get in touch to send them back because the invoice was a whopping $631. The employee who called back was really nice until I very politely explained our dilemma. He said when they order, it's in large quantities, so that's why they automatically send them throughout the year. "No one wants to receive a huge quantity at once" was his justification. I, still politely, told him that was never explained whatsoever, and we didn't agree to that. His attitude completely changed as he pressured to exchange for ink to another one of printers. "Why wouldn't you just want to exchange for the printer that does work?" I said no thank you, I'd prefer to just send back the product. He very rudely agreed to send a return label. Waiting to see if that's going to actually be sent. Even if this situation is resolved, it does not change my thoughts about this company. I'd still advise people to stay away. Reading through the reviews, this is obviously not an isolated incident. This company does not know how to ethically operate a company. They cold call, you agree to try their product, they send you product and pressure you to pay the hefty invoices. A legitimate business would require customers to sign agreements to have affirmative consent for these types of services. It would also protect them as a company. Also, their responses to reviews on here are so unprofessional. If you are indeed a good company, take the feedback to improve your practices so you won't have these complaints.

    Less than one star. Received a cold call wanting us to buy ink. We said no thank you. Received another call. We said no thank you again. Today, we received a package with ink and a $10 gift card. We are sending back to them today, rather than wait the 6+ weeks to receive a return label.

    This company is a scam. They send non-genuine ink that does not work. They said they would send out a return label immediately and after 3 months waiting they finally sent it but I had already thrown the junk away due to no contact. Now they are sending a bill for the cartridges. They are a scam company, do not use.

    ***************************** of Bleach Bright agreed to try our product on August 14 2023. On Sept 6 2023 she called stating the need to return. At which time she was told she would receive a label from 2-4 weeks.A label was sent a little later on Oct 31st due to being short staffed. She then apologized for throwing our merchandise away. Due to having nothing to return for credit, she was sent an Invoice #*****. On Nov 21 we called her and she got very rude and hung us on us. Not professional behavior.
