      I tried to get ahold of someone for 2 hours tried contacting chat on their website. AI would just say out for delivery. I paid $6 for expedite delivery - item never arrived - 2 hours later someone answered and they said the delivery person doesnt answer - I just want my refund

      On September 17th 2024, at approximately 11:30 am, I placed a online order for funeral Flowers to be delivered my brother in law and kids. I paid a extra 12 dollars for same day delivery, which was promised by 1pm. Multiple emails of them requesting, recipients phone Number in which I supplied to them in 16 separate emails. I called customer service at ************, and I was hung up on twice and called again and waited on hold for 11 minutes then hung up on. The company called me 3 times and when I answered they would hang up. Around 4:30 I recieved email stating flowers delivery was delayed till the 9/18/2024 ,because they needed a good phone number and did not have one. I supplied 2 phone numbers in those 16 separate emails. Today 9/18/2024 I emailed twice asking if order was being delivered with no response. I called the number above was on hold for 58:76 minutes, then was told they no longer had flower supplies and they would need to deliver on the 19th. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, of course none was available. I informed them next that, I was turning it into BBB and announcing on social media. I asked for a refund, & was informed it would **** * days. So I Informed them that at this point I have believe this is a SCAM and will add a police report to everything. Supervisor called me back from ************ ( ********************* phone #). I ended the call, now reporting to all places as above mentioned. In the mean time my grieving brother in law and autistic niece do not have sympathy flowers ??

      I ordered a surprise delivery of flowers for my daughter's birthday. They did not deliver the flowers. I called sat on hold over an hour... then was told that they would contact the driver... he didn't answer so I was told it would be delivered today. The item was NOT delivered today either. I've been on hold two times today. Both times sat for an hour at the end of which it takes you to voicemail today (no one answers) and I've left two angry voicemails. I've emailed service and put this on their website. But I get a call back or email saying either "it was delivered" or "we have to contact the driver" the driver apparently has moved to mars since they can't find them.. witness relocation perhaps... DO NOT use this service if you actually want the flowers to arrive in time for a surprise. At this point I want a refund and I'll do something for the birthday myself... three hours on hold.. numerous emails and voicemails... and NOTHING other than "well it was delivered" and "we have to talk to the driver" Ridiculous at this point.

      My order was supposed to be delivered on 9/14. I received a message on 9/14 that it was being rescheduled for 9/16. It still has not been delivered. They are not replying to my emails, texts, online communication on their website. I have been on hold on the phone for an hour and every update says they will answer in 15 seconds, but they never answer.

      Placed an order on 9/12/24 for flowers to be delivered to my Nana on ******* for her birthday. Flowers were not delivered, but my card was charged. Upon further investigation, this website is a complete scam.

      On August 8, 2024, I paid a total of $203.72 for a pink standing spray (******) with a sympathy banner (9.99) to be delivered for the service of Dr. ****** ******** at a funeral home located at ***********************************************************************When I arrived for the funeral on August 10th, I was dismayed to discover that in place of the standing spray with banner, a basket of flowers had been substituted. It was clearly of lesser value than the spray I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the message on the card was also incorrect.I contacted the local florist that had filled the order (***** Flower Shop in **********, **) and sent them a photograph of the basket that had been delivered. ***** verified that the basket substituted had a retail price of $90, significantly lower than the $****** I had paid (and let's not forget the 9.99 banner that was also omitted). I have made multiple complaints to Blossom, and offered to send written documentation from ***** regarding the actual price of the item delivered. They have continued to maintain that the basket was of equivalent value, which is a blatant lie easily disproved. They refuse to offer more than a 15% refund, which is insulting given the magnitude of the discrepancy. Furthermore, it was deeply upsetting as I wanted a spectacular arrangement to demonstrate my regard for a close and beloved friend. I was beside myself when I saw what had been delivered.After multiple conversations with Blossom and complete intransigence on their part, I accepted the 15% refund as better than nothing. However, I am deeply angered by their poor customer service and blatant lie. I should have been refunded the difference in price between the two arrangements plus the 9.99 for the missing banners, or ***** plus 9.99.I would deeply appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter, and would be happy to provide photographs and documentary evidence from the local ************ regards,******* *********

      On 9/8 ordered flowers from the company for a friend in ** as her mother passed away. Never received a confirmation email so it was impossible to contact the company via there website This was the first add that popped up on ****** search ******************************************** an order number you cannot get any help from this company. I also requested a callback (which they did) and they hung up on me. My friend never received the flowers and I was charged but can't dispute and indicates pending.

      I ordered flowers from the blossom company in *********, for same day delivery to *********, I was assured that they would be delivered that day after several communications with AI that in fact they had been sent to ************. I tried to cancel and get a refund, no response, I tried several times to contact them, I received 3 voice mails, no calls and all of the numbers that they called from went to *************************** has no right to be in business, they took my card and provided nothing in return.I'm worried that a company like this has my card number, I still want to cancel and receive a refund, this company is the worse.

      Flowers purchased online and delivered to *******, ** on August 8, 2024. They arrived from ******, ** that's 5 hours away in extreme heat and without water. Flowers were wilted and not fresh when they arrived and were dead by the next day. Have reached out several times and was told I would get a credit, but nothing has been credited as of today's date. I have sent follow up emails and they keep telling me that they are working on a ticket despite it being well over a month ago.
