      I requested a title loan from loan mart on Aug 5,2021. I was informed by the representative ****** ******* that I could pay off the loan early at any time. However, when I went to the website I could only pay less than $******. I contacted loanmart again and they instructed me to send a cashier's check to the address located on my loan documents Capital Community Bank c/o LoanMart PO BOX 8075 Van Nuys, CA XXXXX. I sent certified mail including the $****** cashier's check with USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on aug XX XXXX. I called loanmart to check on the status of the check and they said nobody had gone to pick it up-spoke to ***** Aug 12, 2021. On Aug 16, 2021 called loanmart again and spoke to ***** and he informed me that they would be picking it up that day and will post 1-2 days. After several days nobody from loanmart picked up the check and it was scheduled to be returned to the sender. I called loanmart again and they said I sent it to the wrong address;ho

      Upon applying for a title loan, LoanMart obtained my bank account information for payment reasons (to receive the loan and automatic payments), but they haven't used it: The loan was directly sent to MoneyGram which inevitably cost extra money 1st Payment - I thought I paid it, but received a late notice (late fee ~25%) Contacted with a reminder of the bank information & to take it out the following month 2nd Payment - not taken from bank AGAIN and they repossessed my car! SEVERAL EMAILS TO MY POINT OF CONTACT SINCE AND NO RESPONSE!!! I have been in the hospital for medical issues then was quarantined for the mutated coronavirus twice since I will lose my both of my jobs if I cannot report to them. My cell phone was in the car upon repossession. I need it back so I can go to my 2nd job.

      Loan mart has been paid more then what I was given by my self I had got a title loan for *********** then i sent *********** back within 3days and my payments were 288 then some how went up to like minimum 388 or so and my owed balance actually went up instead of down after more than a year of paying the payments every time I talked to then about it that lied and confused me to the point of me giving up on paying them any more that destroyed my credit and even when I tried to pay them in full the representative I talked to told me I can't just pay it off at one time and made it so difficult for me to resolve this even though I did everything possible I even agreed to surrender my vehicle then was told I would still have a balance leftover that I was responsible for

      I entered into a loan on June 14 2021 for **** I was giving ***** dollars my first payment was july14,2021 of 320 ,I was advise that my payment would be much smaller like 135 dollars the next payment I told them I rather pay the amount of 300 so that I can pay the loan off earlier. I called on 12 of august 2021, to confirm payments and was told i never talked to any oneAbout the loan and that I was never told via my conversation over the phone on 14 July that my payments are only $135 but they will be going down in payments after the first initial payment I asked to request for the conversation to be pulledAnd reviewed I was told that someone listen to the conversation and that the conversation never took place that my payment will always 300 and semi dollars a month I also continue to call them again because it's not about the payment it's about the principle of the situation I know what I discussed I know what I was told and there is a recorded conversation on July 14 in the evening
