      Order to Immuneti Nutrition was not received and I have not received a refund. The order was cancelled by Immuneti on May 22, 2024. My bank has not received a refund. I have been unable to get in contact with Immuneti Nutrition. Their emails come back undeliverable.

      Order # ****** to Immuneti Nutrition for ***** was not received and I have not received a refund. The order was cancelled by Immuneti on May 22, 2024. PayPal contacted me on June 4, 2024 and stated that the refund transaction had failed. I have been unable to get in contact with Immuneti Nutrition.

      I purchased 5 bottles of Immuneti on May 27th and have not received them. I have emailed and called trying to get the status of my order and can not get a representative to help me. I would like my 5 bottles of Immuneti or a refund!

      I have been using Immunetti since the inception of Covid and placed the order from their website, as usual expecting to receive my order within 2-3 weeks, as usual. When a month passed without any notification, I asked for an update on my deliver and was given an apology, but the order was in process. After another week without any confirmation, I emailed again and the email address wasn't working any more, so I tried to go to the website (Immunetti.com) and it isn't working either. Then PayPal, which I used to pay for the purchase informed me that they had not been able to contact them, either. I tried again without any success, so a claim has been opened against them through the credit card company, Synchrony. However, I have a concern about ordering the product elsewhere, which I would like to do, and getting it delivered without losing my money again. Is this company out of business or been hacked and become a scam sight? My order number was Ord #****** and I would just like to know what is going on so that I can try to get the product again.

      Im on auto ship monthly subscription with immuneti. Month of May 2024, I received 2 emails that my monthly subscription was cancelled per my request and that I was refunded. I had not requested this cancellation ! Since those 2 emails that I received on May 22, I have repeatedly emailed them to let them know that I did not cancel my order, and the email bounces back undeliverable. ********************************** and I tried calling the number and there is no person just a recording. I never cancelled my order and there is NO WAY to get ahold of theses people. I never got my refund or product. I did contact my credit card to dispute this $15.99 amount and they refunded me. I dont know if Ill be charged in the future or if they are no longer doing monthly subscriptions or. Why my subscription was cancelled! It would be nice to talk to someone from immuneti or for their emails to work. I am getting no where and have exhausted my options at this point.

      I placed an order with Immuneti on 4-14-24 & my credit card was billed for $59.63. I have never received any product. Ive been a customer with them since the pandemic. Ive e-mailed them three times with no response. You cant contact them by phone. I want my money back.

      Made an online order for Immuneti supplements in the amount of $79.50 on April 18, 2024. Our bank account was debited for $79.50 the same day. Had made previous purchases several times with no problem. However, this time after not receiving order within 3 weeks (longer than usual) we contacted Immuneti customer service via email. Received a response about 2 days later assuring us that we would be notified when shipment was scheduled. They did not offer an explanation for the delay. Today is May 18 and still no follow-up or receipt of product. More concerning, when trying to access the Immuneti website, there is no response (site doesn't download). Not sure if they have folded their tent, or filed for bankruptcy, or what's going on.

      I have been getting Immuneti order for last 17 months without my permission since I never signed up for autopay. All i did was buy 3 tumeric bottles- Advacned Curcumin Complex and they added one Immuneti bottle of Advanced defense (different product) for free to my card . At that time they did not even create an account or made me sign up. Still I started getting packages for Immuneti bottle of Advacned Immune defense in the preceding months and was getting charged. I had my old email address which was from my school but I lost my access access to it. So finally I am able to change my email account and create an account on Immuneti and retrieve my order numbers etc. I would like a refund for the Immuneti packages I got since have not even used even one of them and they are all in the same condition when *** delivered them (Unopened , unused). Can you please send me the return address when possible? So I can mail them back and upon delivery you can verify the integrity packages yourselves . I even have pictures of packages I can send you. I am a poor person and it has ****** my budget. Every month I have been charged when I never signed up for it, I just wanted the Tumeric bottle deal which I saw on ********. This is my 4th email in last 3 days. I have not heard back from anyone on Immuneti team despite my emails. As evident by my first order All it was that Immuneti bottle of Advanced defense was offered as a free bottle to me with my Advacned Curcumin Complex bottle. Moreover no where it was said that now you will be charged and have been automatically signed up for autopay without creation of an account or anything at all.

Upon placing the initial order on July 24, 2020, you had agreed to join the monthly subscription service as clearly and prominently stated on our website, during the time our recurring service was available. As a limited time promotion, the first order of our Immuneti 6-in-1 Advanced Immune Defense was offered free through a trial order, which was selected and agreed to during check out. We see that the the optional companion product, our Turmeric Advanced Curcumin Complex, was also selected at this time which was not eligible for the free trial. All subsequent orders had been charged at regular price with the option to opt-out at any time by contacting our customer care team. After careful review, we see that you had contacted us regarding your orders after several months of receiving the products. Our standard policy provides adjustments on orders within the past 30 days. That said, we have since provided you with a resolution of a refund on over half of your orders as our way of going the extra mile given your circumstances. We have not heard back since, and hope this has been resolved to your satisfaction. Rest assured, your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer be receiving new orders. Once again, we sincerely regret to hear of your experience with us. Please keep the products you have received to share with friends or family as a gesture of good will, for the inconvenience you have experienced with us.       On 12/7/21 I reviewed my online banking and saw 13 charges to ************************** for $36.58. I never gave them my account info, nor have I even heard of them until now. I have closed my account to stop any further withdrawals, but I want this all to be canceled and refunded to my account.
