  I was roped into trying their product by a special offer - protection of 5 systems for $19.99. I signed up and was able to DL the ** to my phone. Then tried to DL ** to my laptop. No joy! Tried multiple times. Tried their online support. Stalled out on the same page every time. Tried to upgrade the tool - for an additional $39.00 charge. Still did not work. Tried the support page again. No luck. Tried emailing their support team. Crickets. Now I'm ~$60 out without being able to download their product to my laptop. ***!

  I was using TOTAL AV for a year or so. I used their find duplicates process. It showed that I had over ****** duplicates, mostly being photos. After the system showed that I had the duplicates I decided not to do anything with them as I was very sceptical about the process. So I did not use it. I just shut it down and went on with other items on my computer.I went into my photo album on my mac and notices hundreds of my photos were no longer there. It showed blank pictures next to some that were not affected. Hundreds of my memories are gone for ever.I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do for me. As a matter of fact they said they deleted that portion of their service. I insisted that I speak to a supervisor or head technician but they would not do so.I found that they are communicating from *****. The kept saying they would not let me talk with a supervisor. They deliberately would not let me talk to a supervisor or anyone else, After awhile they admitted it was their fault but would do nothing for me. Then they said there was no way to retrieve my pictures. Now I have no way to get my memories back. I then asked for a refund. They said they refunded me One hundred dollars already. That was for them over charging me at renewal time. I never authorized the ****** service. I was only using their ***** yearly service.I asked for a refund prorated for the time it renewed until today. They would not do so. They said i needed to give them a 30 day notice after I had signed up for the renewal ********** was their fault my pictures are gone. Taking that service off their system shows they were having issues. I can't be the only one affected by their incompetence. I did nothing wrong. I just did a scan for duplicates and THEY, after closing their site deleted them. They admitted it was their fault yet will not do anything for me.What can I do????Thank you,**** Bewitz

  I thought one of my subscriptions was canceling me according to their email. They charged me $38.98 , ***** and ***** on my credit card on March 26, 2025. When I saw my card I attempted to cancel my subscription the next day on the 27 th. I went to their website and cancelled three things. Total AV, Safe browsing VPN, and Unlimited privilege. It still said I was subscribed for the rest of the year. I called them at their phone number and told them I dont want their subscription. They asked me for my banking information and when I wouldnt give it to her she hung up on me. I froze my credit cards and am going to dispute the charges.

  **************** is very bad, did not feel comfortable doing what they were telling me to do, said they could not credit back my credit card. Tried to call them back, they would not answer my call. When I called from a different number they answered. Told me I was the problem and they didnt answer on purpose and now would not answer that number. Very unprofessional!

  Please leave me alone. Total AV first sucked me into a $1.99 which then went up to $9.99. I finally unsubscribed, but they keep sending me messages in red that my phone is compromised and then I see that's Total AV. Go away.

  I saw an unauthorized withdrawal on my checking account I called, they claimed that I had signed up for 3 subscriptions. That is false. I had no subscriptions with them. However, what they wanted to charge me to cancel the "3 subscriptions" within a 24-hour period was more than the actual cost of the subscriptions. In the end,I had to pay them to cancel my subscription or there would be recurring charges to my ********** is a scam. I believe ** has a buyer remorse law. SINCE they have an office in ***********, looking into that. If you see their add, don't even click on it.

  This company are real thieves!! I have been trying to cancel for at least 3 months and have been unsuccessful. So I thought I would have my credit card company to decline the charge when it comes through...THESE THIEVES WENT THROUGH MY ****** PAY in order to retrieve payment. This company is hideous and don't take no or no longer needed for an answer.
