    I cancelled my subscription within the trial period and was sent an email regarding refund processing delay. I've attached communication to show several attempts.

    I purchased a 1 year subscription from this business for $3,000.00 in December 2022. I was not offered a trial. When I was contacted about my interest in the platform, the company spokesperson was so polite and easy to talk to and lured me into a false sense of security about how successful their service was. I took the bait only because I was guaranteed a 6 month no questions asked money back guarantee. I have contacted the company multiple times. They only answer with an answering service and send me emails guaranteeing my money back multiple times now without actually refunding it. I am 3 months away from my 6 month guarantee expiring and I am afraid they are going to find a way to weasel out of it. Please dont let this keep happening to others.

    In December I paid TradeAlgo $1,995 for a stock trading class. They have a 6 month money back guarantee. After one month of the training I determined it was way too difficult to follow (I am 81 but still with it) and I asked for my money back. For the past month I have been getting the run around and they keep sending me emails that say......................Dear *****,Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you haven't yet been able to find success on the platform. We're a bit shocked to see a request like this as they rarely come in. Rest assured we will forward this to the Refund Team, and they will ensure that you are taken care of.Allow this email to serve as a confirmation that we have received your request.We are currently experiencing delays with our refund process due to limitations from our processor. This may result in your refund taking up to 45 days to be credited to your account. Please be assured that we are doing everything within our power to resolve this issue and ensure that you receive your refund as soon as possible.     Purchased the service July 2022, after 2 months realized this service is not for me and requested the refund as they promised 6 months guarantee. The representative reached out and convinced me to give it a try with different service options. Since this did not work either I requested refund in December 2022. Since then I am given a run around and no money refund. They are nor refusing the claim to refund, just not refunding. This is a scam company and everybody should be notified their business as such.

    I signed up for the one year TradeAgo software service in July 2022 and after a month, I tired to cancel because I wasn't 100% convinced, but I couldn't speak with anyone from the company, I paid $2,250 using my **** so U contacted **** and started a claim. Amex refunded me the $2,250 but in the meantime some one from TradeAlgo contacted me and offered a **************** for the same price and I agreed so my **** was charged again the $2,250. Because I originally cancelled they closed my account and even after I paid again, I have not been able to login and use the service. I have called them multiple times to get someone to help me; a receptionist always answers the phone, I have to explain every time why I'm calling and they say some one will call you. I've been waiting for that call for. No one calls to help me; so I either get the money back or they allow me to get into the original account that I had with them. After the horrible experience I would rather have my money back. I have all the documents, they even sent me an email telling me that I have the Lifetime membership that I should keep the email on my records to proof it, so I have that, I have the **** statements and made pdf's of the emails so I can share that.
