    Do not waste your money. The material is incredibly cheap and nothing like the photos. The dress looked so bad on that I didnt even wear itbut when I tried to return it, they falsely claimed it was stained and refused the return. Totally dishonest. Buy from literally anywhere else.

    ***** quality clothing with an absurd return process. Almost 3 weeks + to receive a refund and when I did it was 1/2 of what I was owed. I have had to engage with customer service from the beginning of my purchasing experience and it just has been awful. Took forever to ship and get to me, once it got to me I was devastated about the quality of the clothes. I could have purchased these items cheaper on ***** or temu and gotten the same quality. Im glad I got some of my money back but I will never return to this company as a customer.

    This is truly a terrible company to shop from. I ordered a white dress that was unfortunately final sale. I saw great reviews. Turns out, they delete reviews below 2 stars because mine was deleted. They still "replied" to it saying "our amazing customer service team will be reaching out to make this right!" Their version of "making it right" was 10% off a future purchase, which you receive for making a review regardless. The dress was made of cheaper quality than *****, cost over $50, and was the itchiest thing I have ever put on my body. It is going straight into the garbage. I am posting all over to warn brides of shopping here because their customer service is garbage and so is their quality. This is also coming from someone who NEVER leaves reviews anywhere bc I typically don't care enough if the quality is bad. I just move on. But them deleting the review and blatantly lying to me is what caused this review. Don't make the same mistake as I did. AVOID 12TH TRIBE!

    Ive shopped here for YEARS and its VERY hit/miss. Most recently my Mother purchased a sweater set from here for my birthday. I opened my present and immediately discovered a hole on the back of the sweater. And one leg is longer than the other, nice I immediately reached out to ask for an exchange and was told its been more than 15 days. So WARNING ?? dont purchase presents for family/friends at 12thTribe, they wont be able to exchange them even when the items are defective. As others have mentioned the sizing is all over the place: I wear a xsmall in some items and a medium in others.

    False accusations* Do not buy from this company. Like seriously. It is the worst company by far I have ever came across. I brought a dress from them in October. I tried it on, and didnt like the way it looked on me. Also, I noticed it wasnt the best quality for being more than 70$. I returned it. A few days later they sent me an email saying that they received the return but couldnt offer a refund only store credit. The reason for this was that dress was damaged, and had an unpleasant food smell. These are ridiculous claims. I always take care of my things. The condition they received that dress was exactly the same condition I received that dress. This is why I returned the dress it wasnt good quality. If I knew they were going to do this to me I would have video recorded as soon as I opened that package. I was a new customer and will not be buying anything else from them ever again. I highly suggest that everyone here listens. What kind of company would make false claims upon their customers just to not give refunds. Whats more funny is that people here have similar stories about them falsely accusing them of damaging returns. So I know now that they do this on purpose in order to not give refunds. **************. Now Im stuck with store credit that I do not even want!

    I ordered a dress for $84, shipping was $30. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit, although it was lovely. But when I tried to return the item, only 2 days after it was delivered, I found that the company would only provide a return of $65.00, while the price I paid was $105. I was surprised that returns are not eligible for the full price paid. This is a policy I had not encountered before. It is a little disheartening, and I wish I would have known this before doing business with the company

    Dont do business with 12th Tribe! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My order arrived open. They shipped in a little weight bag and it was completely open with I received. I took a picture and immediately sent them an email/ picture explaining how I received their order. Everything was missing except for one top. I have to wait for them to file a claim with the shipping company and be reimbursed by them before they will even refund me for the missing items. Ive had this happen one time with Anthropologie and I had my refund immediately. Ive never heard of a business who does what 12th Tribe is doing to me. I should have done my homework because this company does not have the best reviews. I will never purchase from them again.

    I ordered a pair of earrings for a wedding that was 2 weeks away, assuming they would arrive in time with their standard 5-7 day shipping. They came 14 business days later (5 days after the wedding) and are pretty poor quality. They don't allow returns on jewelry, but I thought they'd make an exception since they arrived late and are unopened. They only offered me a "discount on my next purchase", but I won't be buying anything from them anymore because of this. Based on a previous review, they know that their shipping info is outdated on their website, which seems pretty shady to me, and they should be taking accountability. If they were honest about shipping time, I never would've bought the earrings. Now I'm stuck with a pair of $40 earrings that I'll never wear.

    The return process at 12th tribe is outrageous and frustrating. They do not include a return label, you have only 15 days to return an item and are charged $10. When trying to return online I could only select 4 of the 9 items I received as the other 5 were marked as "not fulfilled not eligible for return". I tried using email multiple times but would get one response and no follow up. I tried texting no response until the next day. Reached out thru chat asking how I speak with someone and was told I can't, text, email or chat. 2 days of my life trying to return these items while needing to get to the airport. You get what you pay for. Never again.
