    These people began with phone customer care. Now they only answer email and say they are many days behind in replying. They have my credit card and continue to send new brush heads even though one of our two brushes has stopped working. There is no way to cancel subscription, even though they have a link to do so. There is nothing there that allows you to cancel. These people are rip off artists of the highest order.

    I have been trying to get shipping/status information on a replacement that was already approved as of June 24, 2024, and unfortunately have not received the information yet. I did get two email after my multiple attempts of getting someone to provide the information I was asking for. Now, one of those emails guided me to file again to get my replacement approved as an option, which I had already done, and the second email had Q&A. I tried reaching out to them again, and I am still waiting for a response. This complaint is not something I wanted to do, but I do understand that if a company tells you they are going to do something they should stand behind what they say. If my replacement was approved, why is it so hard to provide me with shipping information or even an update if the item has not been shipped or processed. I feel deceived by Burst Oral Care ***************** I would also like for this matter to be resolved as the reason why my replacement was approved was because the membership I have allowed it to be. That being said, either I am paying for it or paid for it when I started the membership with them.

    Impossible to reach them. The phone number is always busy, Emailing customer care gets you a message saying it will be 7-9 business days (that 2 weeks!) before they will respond. I was receiving new brush heads by subscription, when suddenly other items began arriving (and being charged to me). It was impossible to cancel them online, because there seemed to be 2 unlinked accounts associated with the same email. And of course, they ship before customer service gets around to answering their emails!

    I used to enjoy the products from this company but after this past experience I will never order from them again. I was on a subscription service to receive a replacement electric toothbrush head every few weeks. I saw I was charged for the product but two weeks went by and I realized I never received it. I tried to find a way to get in touch with customer service to inquire where my package was and the only option I had available was to send a customer service inquiry through the website. After I hit submit, I was told Id receive a response within 2-3 business days. A week goes by, still no word. Almost three weeks after I was charged, my mail carrier rang my doorbell to tell me he had my package but the shipping was short $4, which I now needed to pay. I still have yet to receive any response from my original inquiry and now Im sure it will be a nightmare to try and get back the extra postage I needed to shell out on their behalf. I have cancelled my subscription and refuse to give this company any more money after this.

    When trying to cancel an order where I clicked too many times, it is impossible to reach them. I tried to contact them immediately after I made the mistake.They said their phone line is closed. I emailed them and they said they would respond in 2-3 business days, which is after my credit card will be billed. I also text them with no response. I have liked the products, but feel scammed with not being able to cancel my order or reach anyone in person.

    this company is horrific. they have been sending *********** regularly and taking money out of my bank account. I have tried everything to get out of this and they keep doing it. I even got a new account card and somehow it is still going through and they are still doing it. this should be illegal (and probably is I am quite sure). I don't know how I am going to get out of it. DON'T deal with this company!!! They are a total scam!!

    Almost laughable that they list an 855 number as that doesn't work. I have been a customer of this nightmare for 3 years and they have replaced the toothbrush handle 3 times. I refused on the fourth and FINALLY got this nightmare to end. The black paint or whatever they choose to use on the handle peels off continually and gets all over the bathroom. They always respond with perky replies to use their totally cryptic website to get a replacement. I want to know WHY the cover is peeling off this device and how it might be affecting my health. One reply told me not to get the toothbrush wet, really, a toothbrush that you can't get wet?!? Avoid this debacle, too many lies and all to get your credit card on a monthly charge basis.

    There's a few issues with the Burst company. At the time of writing this review, it's almost impossible to buy this water flosser without purchasing a subscription plan. That might be okay, however, cancelling your automatically enrolled subscription plan for replacement tips automatically voids your limited warranty on the water flosser itself. A limited warranty on an expensive product shouldn't be conditional based on whether or not you have automatically reoccurring payments charged to your credit card. Voiding a limited warranty based on using another brands tips makes sense. However, that's not what this is. Voiding an automatically included limited warranty because you want to choose a "one time purchase" option rather than a subscription does not make sense. Avoid Burst. Buy from a company that has better business practices.

    The products do automatically come with a subscription but these can be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account, or you can always reach out to our Customer Service team to get them cancelled for you. The lifetime warranty is one of the perks of being subscribed to replacements for the product. Without a subscription, your product still has a standard one-year warranty should you ever need it.

    Yes, I recognize that the subscription can be cancelled at any time. As my previous comment indicated, my complaint is not with how a subscription may be cancelled. The lifetime warranty of the expensive product you sell should not be dependent on a subscription model, and it shouldn't be described as a "perk". It would make sense if you would want to charge customers a flat fee for an extended or lifetime warranty, but to require a constant subscription for the lifetime warranty is a blatant cash grab.
