On Dec 7, 2023, I placed an order on StackSocial, using my ****** account as payment. I was purchasing this product: ****** 1-Year Gold Star Membership + a $40 Digital ****** Shop Card. The total was $62.40.There was a redemption link in my order confirmation email. When I redeemed, the page included this info:Youre all set! Youre now a ****** 1-Year Gold Star Member and you will receive your $40 Digital ****** Shop card via email within 2 weeks.Redemption deadline: Your membership MUST be redeemed by NO LATER than 09/08/24 to qualify for this promotion, but we encourage you to redeem within 30 days of your purchase.On Dec 13, 2023, I received an email that appears to be from ****** but is actually from ********************************** The subject of the email: You just received a ****** Digital Shop Card.The email contains this text: Hi ********,****** Wholesalehas sent you a ****** Digital Shop Card. Use it today or whenever you like, it never expiresHowever, when I clicked the link to redeem it and still, today, when I attempt to click the same link I receive a warning about the page not being secure. If I ignore the warning and proceed, despite knowing my information may be compromised, I am directed to an error page that says only this: This page contains the following errors:error on line 1 at column 476: Extra content at the end of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.NOT_FOUNDWhen I view the html of this website, its clear that its a plain text website, and not an actual error message. When I inquired with ******, they explained they have nothing to do with this deal, and that StackSocial is responsible for sending me a gift card; they have no obligation to me or information about this purchase. My $62.40 purchase was completely fraudulent, and StackSocial is not responding to my messages requesting a refund.Business response

On June 27, 2024 I purchased a lifetime subscription for Supermusic AI. The total cost was $52.99. After I redeemed the code for the product, I was unable to login and access the product. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem with no success. On 06.29.24 I contacted the Stacksocial support team via email and explained the problem. After more than 10 emails between us they did not provide a solution. It didnt even seem like they were trying.Business response

I purchased a Windows 11 pro product key on July 30, 2023. While recently attempting to reinstall Windows on my existing PC using this product key, I encountered an error that prevented me from using the key. I spoke with ********* tech support and was informed that the key I am attempting to use, which I purchased from StackSocial, is pirated and will not work. I have attached an image of the error and a transcript of the conversation I had with ********* tech support. I also attempted reaching out to StackSocial customer support directly but was not provided any resolution or acknowledgement of the problem.Business response

Purchased 3 *** Paint Sensors, never opened them and returned them. First, they said they never received them. Then, when I showed them the **** delivery confirmation, they made up some unlawful reason for a partial refund. I requested a full and am entitled to a full refund.Business response

On May 21, 2024, I purchased **************** Home and Business for Mac 2021 software from Stack Commerce for $91.98. However, Stack Commerce failed to complete the transaction by providing me with the software for which I paid (Transaction ID 1T723111F0100741G; Invoice ID ******************************** is unreachable by phone, and also failed to respond to my multiple email requests for a refund, or to provide me with the software for which I paid.Therefore, Stack Commerce committed fraud by taking my payment, and not providing me with the software for which I paid. Purchased a 2 day parking deal for Parking Spot. Had to use in :0 days. Bought it three days ago to book for today as it said it would be posted to my acct within one day. Nothing was posted. Unable to use these credits and being unfamiliar with parking at the new airport, Ill be stuck with the airports high prices. I reached out to both Ligehacker/Stack Commerce and Parking spot. Multiple times. I was LH asked for proof of nothing showing. I sent proof. All have ghosted me since. Quite simply, now it is too late to use this and I did not get what I paid for.Business response

On May 8, 2024, I made an online purchase with StackCommerce through the iDrop news store for a ****** membership costing $60.00 that included a $40.00 digital store card. Within minutes, I received a receipt with an order number and a link to redeem the purchase however, that is when the issue started there was an endless maze of incorrect information that would loop me to another site, which also did not work, but that offered suggestions of what may have been the error such as an incorrect entry of an email address or already having an account established which neither of those two scenarios had taken place. As I paid through PayPal, I went to their website and obtained a phone number and email address and neither option worked. The phone number on your site also does not work. It immediately disconnects and the email has not been responded to. This feels like a scam company and I hope to go to PayPal and obtain a refund soon!Business response

They accepted our credit card & still have the $60.00. ****** has no records of transaction. & We have talked to ****** in person. We can't reach by phone Stack Commerce.
