Purchased 3 *** Paint Sensors, never opened them and returned them. First, they said they never received them. Then, when I showed them the **** delivery confirmation, they made up some unlawful reason for a partial refund. I requested a full and am entitled to a full refund.Business response

On May 21, 2024, I purchased **************** Home and Business for Mac 2021 software from Stack Commerce for $91.98. However, Stack Commerce failed to complete the transaction by providing me with the software for which I paid (Transaction ID 1T723111F0100741G; Invoice ID ******************************** is unreachable by phone, and also failed to respond to my multiple email requests for a refund, or to provide me with the software for which I paid.Therefore, Stack Commerce committed fraud by taking my payment, and not providing me with the software for which I paid. Moreover, they refuse to rectify the situation.Business response

Purchased a 2 day parking deal for Parking Spot. Had to use in :0 days. Bought it three days ago to book for today as it said it would be posted to my acct within one day. Nothing was posted. Unable to use these credits and being unfamiliar with parking at the new airport, Ill be stuck with the airports high prices. I reached out to both Ligehacker/Stack Commerce and Parking spot. Multiple times. I was LH asked for proof of nothing showing. I sent proof. All have ghosted me since. Quite simply, now it is too late to use this and I did not get what I paid for.Business response

On May 8, 2024, I made an online purchase with StackCommerce through the iDrop news store for a ****** membership costing $60.00 that included a $40.00 digital store card. Within minutes, I received a receipt with an order number and a link to redeem the purchase however, that is when the issue started there was an endless maze of incorrect information that would loop me to another site, which also did not work, but that offered suggestions of what may have been the error such as an incorrect entry of an email address or already having an account established which neither of those two scenarios had taken place. As I paid through PayPal, I went to their website and obtained a phone number and email address and neither option worked. The phone number on your site also does not work. It immediately disconnects and the email has not been responded to. This feels like a scam company and I hope to go to PayPal and obtain a refund soon!Business response

I paid for a Lifetime License to MS ****** 2021 Pro. I downloaded the LIFETIME license code within 30 days of purchase. When I went to install it, ********* told me someone else had already used the code. StackSocial would not send me a new license code since it had been too long from purchase date. They offered store credit as a refund since they are still in the process of obtaining replacement keys for ********* ****** 2019. My product was ********* ****** 2021 Pro, not ****** 2019. Those store credits cannot be used to buy MS ****** 2021 Pro again at the higher price either, not that Id trust getting a valid license code anyway. There's nothing else in their entire store that I want or need besides MS ****** Pro. How can they legally sell the code that I paid for to another person? I bought that license code and Im supposed to be the only one using it! Seems like deceptive business practices to sell a license code to one person and then resell the same code to another person. I never did get the software that I paid for.Business response

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product key on 03/03/2024 for $34.96 but when I proceeded to try and activate it, I got an error message. I then contacted the support team and was given instructions on how to activate Windows, including using phone activation and telling ********* the key hasn't been install on any computers, but this didn't work but ********* did confirm the key is invalid.Business response

I recently purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from StackCommerce that does not work and when attempting to redeem via Windows and ********* Store it says the key provided was invalid. I have contacted support and their "attempt" to resolve the issue is them telling me to try again or reinstall windows and then try again (which i shouldn't have to do and didn't work anyways).
