      I made a purchase on June 24th and paid $93.32. The item was to be delivered between July 10 and July 20. The item has not arrived and there has been no updated tracking information since July 9th; its been missing for 14 days as of today. The item was a birthday gift and was needed before I leave town tomorrow morning, so there was a few days of flexibility on my end if it arrived slightly later than indicated. I have contacted customer service and requested a refund. They have said my case was escalated to management to fix the issue, but they are dragging their feet. The item is clearly lost and off the grid, I would like a refund immediately.

After contacting the BBB, the company finally resolved the issue after many days of back & forth shenanigans.
