    I only ordered 1 bottle,I didn't know you had to order 3 bottles on 4/29. I emailed them an hr.later. They claimed the order has been processed. I emailed them again that I will refuse delivery . So the postman will return to sender.Bloom said they can't issue a refund not unless I get an RMI label. Well I don't have the order.This company has fraudulent practices. They never stated that I had to purchase 3 or more.

    I placed an order on 11/16/23 for the strawberry whey protein powder which I have purchased in the past. Once received, I tried the supplement and realized it has been reformulated and I strongly disliked the item. I contacted customer support on 11/29 regarding the reformulation that I was not aware of and dislike of the product requesting a refund or another flavor sent and heard back on 12/4 that I couldnt return the item as it was opened. I responded again on 12/4 and explained the circumstances regarding the reformulation and dislike of the product I have purchased in the past and got no response. I sent another email on 12/6 and received the same initial email response I received on 12/4. I again explained my upset and request in an email response on 12/6 with no response from the company.
