      Hi, This is in reference to order # 1*******24. I received a Patagonia Vest as a gift and it was fading in odds spots so I contacted Patagonia to get it replaced. I was instructed to send the vest into Patagonia and I did so. What I received in return was a credit for $80.06 or $69.00 less than what it would cost me to buy a new one from Patagonia. Also, since I sent the vest back in I was informed that it was most likely recycled and could not be sent back, which I requested. I have been a long time customer of Patagonia and this is the first bad experience that I have had. I would have NEVER sent my vest if I had known i would have to pay $70 just to get an equivalent vest back, I would have just lived with the fading. All I originally wanted, and still want, is a replacement vest as I have never had a Patagonia vest or jacket fade before. In our family we have 11 Patagonia jackets/vests and we never have seen this happen, and that is why I contacted customer support. I am very disappointed that i was never told i would be getting 50% of the value back, had I known I would not have sent it in. Now i am out money AND a vest.

      Mailed in two brand new Patagonia jackets, one being a half snap pullover and the other being a basically brand new Patagonia puffy jacket. Patagonia/Worn Wear is refusing to give me credit for the puffy because of "loose stitching" when no where on there website does it say loose stitching isn't accepted and this jacket is brand new. Right on the FAQ it says "We accept used Patagonia clothing that functions perfectly and is in good condition." and this puffy was in brand new condition. I received it for Christmas without a gift receipt and didn't get a day to wear it because it was too small so it sat in my closet completely brand new and untouched. I followed all guidelines to make sure I received credit and now I'm extremely disappointed they're scamming me. No where on the website does it specify "loose stitching" and I have photos to prove that it was in fantastic condition. I am having trouble attaching photos below so I will try to send them via email if that works out Started trade in October 25th, received credit Nov 23rd Worn wear claimed to give 50% more with trade ins during the month of October which I DIDN'T receive Business has not tried to resolve this Trade in number is TN-A0E49A18
