Working with American Legacy has been amazing. I was skeptical at first as I did not know what to expect. But since they work with so many carriers it has been a easy. If I have any questions they can always help. If one of my retirement accounts is not working to it full potential it is easy for them to find me a better one. Thank you for all your hard work!!

1 starThey called my grandfather saying they were from Medicare. They sent a person to his house saying he represented medicare. He showed up an hour late. When I said my grandfather was out he was ready to leave immediately without explanation, I had to ask who he was and what he represented. I asked for a card and found this. I suspect as others do that this company is preying on elderly folk. As another reviewer mentioned, the second sentence in their company values statement reads “We are honest and straightforward.” The interactions I had do not support that statement, and I would not trust these people with any of your personal identity information.Review fromMcKenzie C

5 starsI have been in this industry for 10 plus years and worked for a couple of companies. When I found American Legacy Solutions, I was so surprised. Surprised with the way they built the company. I had not seen a company that was so consumer focused, ground in ethics and morals. With the ability to represent over 200 carriers they have access to information from all carriers. This allows me as an agent to help my clients with everything, including policies they have in-force(even if I didn't write the contract). With their reach of helping I can not protect everything from my clients health to their wealth. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!Review fromAnn G

1 starI received a cold-call wanting to discuss (what I thought) were the changes in 2023 Medicare and how it plays with my Blue Cross Blue Shield supplemental. I asked them how they got my name, address and phone number several times, but never receive a clear answer. I agreed to a face-to-face appointment at my house. When they arrived, they wanted to start with my birthdate which they would have known if they worked with BCBS and Medicare. They never disclosed they were selling all types of insurance. They wanted to discuss medical insurance, life insurance, long term insurance, my financials, etc. At the end they wanted me to sign something stating what was discussed which I refused. I did let the agent know I was annoyed with the misrepresentation, and I still wanted to know how he got my name, address, phone, etc. I learned a lesson. They sent a person to her house saying he represented medicare. He did not disclose he was a broker. I believe they are preying on the elderly. I grew up in the insurance industry with my grandfather owning an agency that was built on family values. When I moved to a new area, for the first time in my life had to find a new agency to handle my insurance needs. I came across American Legacy Solutions and could not be happier.
