    Purchased a tacoma off their lot, the owners son Alex ended up doing the deal with my father and I. He said he would get us x amount for our trade-in, he gave us $1.7k less than he told us. Alex also said he would look into getting us an additional key but at the end of the deal, after all paperwork signed... he said "I never said I was getting you a second key, I said I would check with my manager and get back to you". Keep in mind, this is the owners son, not a regular sales rep... would you do business with someone that lies and deceives you? Granted most dealerships do for their best interest but this establishment was said to be great. I think not... stay away from this Dealership and all their partnering dealerships at all costs. Only way I would remove any reviews or reconsider changing my reviews is by making things right. Otherwise... please do not contact me.

    Purchased a “CPO” 2019 Golf Alltrack. Car had a lot to little problems that arose after the sale as well as a warped sunroof frame so the car was at the dealership all the time. I asked for a loaner but I was told it is $40 dollars a day. Even for a car that purchased less than a month into ownership and was being repaired under warrantee. A couple weeks roll by and to my surprise, I get a call from Claudio, my service advisor, saying that they’re just waiting on the sunroof frame now. At this point, it’s been raining nonstop which is why I couldn’t just take back the car - I live in an apartment and there’s no garage or carport I can park my car under. After some chit chat about the situation with the weather, I asked him if leaking sunroofs were a more widespread problem with VWs hence the back order to which Claudio responded with “hey man, we’re not holding your car hostage. If you want, we can put the old sunroof back on and you can drive it around if you really need it. You just have to be ok with some exposed wiring because there won’t be a headliner on it, and you’d have to park it under a tree or something”. He said that to me VERBATIM. After that, I called VW Customer Care and asked them to buy the car back from me under California’s Lemon Law. I eventually got my money back and returned the car to the dealer. Simon, the finance manager(?) was very rude. He gave me my refund check but was very short with me and straight up ignored some of my questions over the phone before abruptly hanging up after agreeing on a time and day to meet. Once I got the check and signed all the paperwork, he simply said “your car is in the back” when I asked if I could grab my things from the car as he was walking away from me. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t supposed to walk around that area of the dealership but hey, it’s just “around the back”. I got my things and left never to return to that dealer or to another Volkswagen.
