      I've been a tenant with ICR since 19 Jan 2019. They've been a great "Landlord". The property manager at my complex, Lori is not only a great property manager but an awesome Human being. The office manager Krista is always on top of things. They are extremely fast when it comes to any Maintenance issues in my unit. They keep their properties looking awesome. It has been my experience that they will bend over backward to help you out. They expect you to be a responsible tenant and with that comes the ability to live in a beautiful apartment/condo complex! With everything going on in the world today it's nice to know that living here at their property, I definitely don't have to worry about my housing situation!
