The Website listed the color of the boots to be BROWN when I purchased them, but they shipped CHESTNUT colored boots instead. I contacted them the day I received them to ask for an exchange for the BROWN color boots I ordered. I have not heard from them after sending numerous emails, leaving numerous messages on voicemail. Now I can't speak with a live person no matter the time day or night that I call. I now just want a full refund and I can send them their wrong colored boots back to them.Initial Complaint

I ordered size 8 boots they sent size 9. They will not refund or exchange boots because I bought them in February 2023. I stored them until this winter. I just tried them recently and got a blister and discovered they were the wrong size. I have tried calling and emailing. They sent 2 emails; one saying sorry we will take them. Do not buy from this website! I received boots from here and the stitching was jacked up and then they try to gaslight you saying it’s normal for the stitching to be like that. There are multiple reviews complaining about the same issue. They will send you janky boots and then try to charge you extra to return them. They are very rude also! Please just spend the extra money at the official UGG store. I think they are getting defective boots from Ugg and listing them as normal boots at a discounted price! That would be fine if they were more transparent with their customers. Please find somewhere else to purchase your boots from.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Mycozyboots.com and unfortunately when they arrived the quality is poor. I can see faulty stitching as well as places where the inside lining is poking through the stitching. I emailed the company explaining the condition of the boots and asked them to advise me on what can be done? All the responded was that all their products are authentic… I sent them multiple photos of the boots and the defects. They did not respond for days. I did my research on their site to see what returns and refund policy is. They take refunds within 30 days as long as products are returned exactly as you received them. You have to pay to ship them back yourself and you will only get a refund if they find them to be defective. They responded today to my last 4 emails and told me they do not find them defective and have no given any other information or options about returns or refunds.Business response

The customer's complaint is absolutely incorrect and factually wrong. First of all, returns are accepted within 14 days, as clearly stated in our Return Policy, not 30 as the buyer claims. Second, as per return policy, refunds are issued in full as long as the item is returned in the original condition within the allowed return window which is very clearly outlined in the policy. Third, the customer indeed has to pay for return shipping in case when a return is not due to a merchant error or defect, as - again! - clearly outlined in the Return policy. Finally, we have sent the customer at least 3 emails advising to start a return request and confirming she will receive a refund, but she made a decision to not do so and make up lies instead.
As to the alleged defects, the item received is authentic and not defective (the customer's complaint was in regards to the rough stitching). We linked the customer to the manufacturer's website which very clearly confirms that the stitching is exactly as it is supposed be and is part of the item style.

This response is incorrect and false. The merchant is now calling me a liar for things that I have clearly attached in the photos I sent. Emails from them as well as the policies as they are written on their site. I do not trust this selling to provide me a Full Refund for this defective product and because it is indeed defective and I should also not have to pay return shipping

Cozy boots Purchased 3/4/2023 ORDER #3418 Received 22/4/2023 Cozy boots. These are not professional made to fit feet inside the boots! Tried to put them on but it’s impossible! It needs a zip to allow foot to fit inside the shoes! Called 10 times they dont answer the phone. Shipment arrived late and the boots were used, but seem to be in OK condition. They were sold as new and I need a refund for the difference. Sent complaint directly on their site and via email with no reply. Left voice message they dont return calls and I think the number is fake. My review “I purchased a new boot with box and received a used boot with box and a new boot price. They will not answer my complaint, dont answer the phone so I will never shop with them again. I order the boot and it is real but used with dirty worn sole- no smell. In November I ordered a pair of UGGS Mini ll chestnut size 7 for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived and were the wrong color. I called the company for days and never got an individual on the phone. I left numerous phone messages and email messages with no response. When I said I was going to write a bad review they finally responded and said the boots were the correct color. They are not. I started the return process and asked that I be able to return the boots for free since they charge $20.00. I asked repeatedly and sent more photos and they continued to say no, that the boots were within the parameters of color variation. I finally paid the return fee and sent the boots back and was refunded what I had paid for them.Business response

These are FAKE boots, confirmed by taking them to an UGG store and comparing them to authentic UGGs. They're not real leather and are missing the UGG authenticity tag. The store manager even asked for information on the supplier so he can help bring them down. Do not buy from these crooks!!!Business response

I never complain, but buyer beware!!!! The UGG mini II boots I ordered were already separating at the seam upon delivery. I returned them and requested my $18.50 shipping charge be reimbursed. I was replied to with a snarky e-mail that the boots were not faulty as I had “alleged” and that return shipping charges for “buyer remorse” is buyer’s responsibility. I couldn’t believe how condescending this e-mail was. I did not have buyers remorse at all. I wanted those boots; but I wanted a pair that wasn’t already separating at the seam. I actually had to search everywhere to find another pair that I ended up paying a higher price for. Plus the sunk cost of the return shipping to this horrible business. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t buy from this company!Business response

The customer has been refunded for her order. The returned item was inspected and found not faulty. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of a customer as clearly stated in our returns policy.
