    I have contacted them 3 times on a Boombox/Tv/Dvd/Cd player. I sent it in and they received it on 12 Apr 2024. They say they will check on it but have never contacted me about it. For right now I would not recommend them to anyone.

    To Whom It May ********** received this same request from ****************** on 5/16/2024 to repair/replace his boombox, model NPB-428. However, the product was purchased sometime in 2021 from another retailer that is not associated with Naxa Electronics, Inc. As the manufacturer of the item, ************** Warranty Policy is for 1-year parts, 90 days labor which was included in the product at time of purchase. A copy of our warranty policy has been enclosed for your review. The unit was purchased 3 years ago from another retailer, which means it is past the warranty period and any claims the consumer may have should be made directly to the retailer they purchased the unit from. Naxa Electronics did not sell this unit and the manufacturers warranty has already expired. We informed ****************** of these facts, but he is still requesting a refund which is not possible as the unit was not purchased from Naxa and the warranty on the item has expired. Thank you

    I just bought one last week from ********** and to be honest I like it much better than some of the more popular brands,I'm a senior citizen and I live on a fixed income and this little laptop was just the right price and brand new never used. All I have had in the past 10 years are used computers only lasting 2 years at most all name brands . When I say I could have a brand new one at a lower cost I jumped on it. Even only having it a very short time I love how well it works. I was and still am excited about finally having a brand new never used computer.
