    I purchased boots from them November 25th, they were too small so i *** them back which they received on December 9th. But they have not sent me the size 9s...so far they haven't responded to two emails I've sent either. Not a word. I think they are stealing my money

    purchased from Emu Australia on 9/14 a pair of boots. Platinum Slinger Slim Lo size 6 - returned boots via *** on 9/29 for an exchange to a larger size 7 - boots were returned and received at Emu Australia on October 5, 2023 Tracking #1Z87XW299096400421. Have sent multiple emails regarding an exchange- dont know why delay . I did get a discount for the boot but assumed it would be an even exchange. Im concerned about the lack of info from Emu regarding this transaction.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


    Thanks for your help! I received an email from Emu Australia this evening reimbursing the amount that I paid for the boots ! This is now in my bank account !
