  I ordered a head lamp and complained immediately on day of order because the company told me that they would bill my credit card "x". When the order was finalized, I was billed "x" plus "y", additional $9.99 for some kind of membership. So I emailed their customer service area, A very kind young man named *** told me that it was too late to cancel but I could once I received the item. Needless to say, I still have not received the item. So I looked at BB and found the complaints...scammed, first time. So now I'm filing this complaint with you and I will reach out to see if my credit card folks can help out with a refund. I thought that I should be a responsible and conspicuous buyer and be involved to help others. Going forward, I will be checking the seller much more closely but good people who are shopping for Christmas should not have to deal with this type of stuff.Shame on Everlyte...shame on you for abusing people.

  I ordered two Everlyte plus VIP club and warranty but only received one.I tried calling them but the line stays busy plus I tried sending an email but the address is invalid.

  I ordered a headlamp on Dec.** XXXX on Dec 13 email stated Has been shipped. I have never received it. Called them and said I am cancelling order since I never got it and want my money refunded. HE SAID HE CAN'T DO THAT .I said yes you can and that I want it done now. I asked him what does it mean on shipping info DEFAULT. He said ***** He still refused to refund me until I said I was reporting the company to BBB. I did receive an email that are refunding me. I will keep checking with bank to see if that happens.

  Wanted to purchase a tactical headlight, a consumer report suggested Everlyte as being one of the best. It very well may be, but the online transaction was scammy. I wanted one (1) headlight, they also offered bundles of 3 or 5. I clicked on the one (1) which took me to the page for the credit card info. After completing that it took me to the next page saying I had just purchased three (3) headlights. I immediately sent customer service a written notice that I had never agreed to 3 and they did not have permission to charge my card for 3 when I only ordered one. Not was that being tricky and deceiving but the next day I saw that somehow that order had now DOUBLED!!! Now I had six headlamps on the way and my card was already charged for six. I called, and "so sorry, nothing can be done now, you have to wait until you get them and then return but there will be a 10% restocking fee" The first CSR even hung up after I said that now my banking account will be overdrawn and I will forward those charges to them. VERY DECEITFUL TACTICS!!!!
