Purchased three rings for engagement in order to try them on and see which one worked best. Read ahead about the return policy of 30 days and paying for tracked shipping back and was fine with that. upon requesting a return, I have only been responded to with pleas for bargaining with me keeping the merchandise and receiving store credit for more merchandise or a discount on the merchandise that I do have. I have stated explicitly that I have no desire to purchase more merchandise nor keep the two rings that are not needed. Rather than replying to me with the information needed for me to send back their merchandise to their address which they will only disclose once you request it, they try to bargain me to keep the rings. There is no phone number. its as if theyre intentionally trying to force you into a situation to get somebody legally involved or hoping that youll get sick of it and just take the loss. I simply stated that I wanted to make the return and have no interest in other merchandise or keeping what I have. I also tried to reach out on TikTok, but just received an email thanking me for visiting their website, with with no response. Also, the ring I chose has only been worn for a few hours and its already very scratched on the metal band. Now Im even questioning if the material theyre claiming the ring is made out of is even true. Ive never seen metal scratch like that especially without something not happening to it and after barely wearing it.Ive never heard of a company arguing to receive returned merchandise let alone only sending one form of correspondence every day outside of ************* business hours specifically the ********** as theres a location in ********** and they would be emailing me only at about 3:20-3:30a.m. pacific time and 6:20-6:30 when no business in the ************* would be operating. I just want to do what the company advertises which is to receive an address to send the merchandise to and receive a refundBusiness Response

I purchased 2 rings from Read Your Heart. The rings cost $239.90. Plus I was charged an international fee of which no one told me about. I am trying to return them, as it states returns are excepted within 30 day. I ordered the rings on January 11th and received the rings on January 21st - they are both too big!! I emailed them immediately and I have not been able to get anyone to give me return instructions - just counter-offers to keep the rings that dont fit that are emailed to me between 5-6:30AM (probably an auto email response) which Ive responded to each time asking for return instructions and then demanding return instructions! Ive even replied with their return instructions just so Read Your Heart can Read Their Return Policy!! Maybe they will read this Complaint and do whats right!!Business Response

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING trying to return merchandise! Cust serv has given me the run around & refuses to give a return address to return items.I was sure to read thru order & return policies before ordering. I ordered multiple rings from the company to see what would work best for me. I found 2-4 rings I really liked & was glad I was able to try them on in person. I was sure to contact cust serv w/ the email provided shortly after receiving & deciding on the rings I wished to keep (within 2 wks), making sure I returned unwanted items w/in 30 days of receipt as instructed. There is no phone # or return address published anywhere that I could find on web other than here @ BBB. Email after email, CS tried to get me to keep more of the rings I ordered, offering discounts on all. I just want to return the ones I don't want & get my money back like the website offered. After a couple of emails back & forth, I did agree to keep a couple of more rings, sort of just to be nice, & I did like them. BUT, CS continues to refused to give me return auth & return address. I've emailed several times, sent messages thru website, & it has now been several ****** **** has ghosted me. I have been extremely polite. I have asked why CS is refusing to give me return address, w/ no response. I was sure to say I had all rings packaged just as they arrived & ready to immediately return when given instructions & address. Now it has been a few weeks since I last heard from CS & going on 2 ************* continued to ask for a return authorization & return address & have received no response. I have about $1500 invested in these rings they refuse to allow me to return. The promise of a return policy has been a scam. After researching reviews online outside of their website, I've read multiple w/ same problem. I cannot not vouch for the authenticity of the moissanite stones b/c I have not had them to jeweler yet. I am having my doubts based on the poor business ethics this company seems to have!Business Response

We have communicated all the details with *********** and sent her the return address on July 9. Since then, we have been sending emails to inquire and waiting for *********** to return the items. After the item is returned, we will refund the difference and send her the exchange rings.

Purchased jewelry from a company called Read Your Heart. The ring cost ****** I am trying to return it, as it states returns are excepted within 30 days. I received the package on Friday Dec. 30, 2022. I e mailed them immediately and I have not been able to get an address to return the item. I have had 4 responses from them, the last telling me I can have a ****** discount to keep the ring, or it will cost me more to return it due to shipping. It came from a warehouse in **********, but the e mail said that is not where I should send it. This company does not have a phone contact, probably from *****, and therefore I feel I should get my money back in full. No receipt is included in package.
