Fashion Nova Order #********* Date Placed: 5/3/2025, 8:08:11 AM Total: $88.79 To Whom It May Concern,I am writing regarding Fashion Nova Order #*********, placed on May 3, 2025, with a total of $88.79. The items were scheduled for delivery by May 7, 2025. It is now June 3, 2025, and I have yet to receive the order.Despite multiple attempts to contact Fashion Novas customer service, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. My emails have gone unanswered, and no action has been taken to address the issue. According to the tracking informationwhich is now no longer validmy order has not left the warehouse. I have attached a screenshot showing the delivery status remains "undelivered," along with documentation of four separate attempts to reach out for ********** this point, Fashion Nova has collected payment but failed to provide the merchandise or adequate customer service. I ordered the package on April ******. The packages cost $215.01.Fashion nova delivered the package but *** delivered it to the wrong address/home. I tried to get in contact with FashionNova and they kept saying they will get in contact with me through my email. I checked everyday, no respond. *** stated they filed a claim but waiting to hear back from them but also no response. I tried to get my package my emailing them every other day for a month. Then they said since its been over 30 days I couldnt get a refund.Business Response

I Paid for 1-Day Shipping from fashionova and the Order was Not Received on Time. In fact, I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I placed an order on June 2nd before 3PM and selected 1-day shipping which cost $19.99 The package did not arrive the next day as expected.This is the 3rd time fashionova has done this. This is the 3rd major event that I am missing because I paid for fast shipping and fashionova did not deliver. They also dont have any working email to contact them and when I try going through the help center I get kicked out. Could you please look into this issue? On Thursday May 15th 2025 I ordered 1. Wife of an athlete jersey 3X $10.50, 111 ****************** top-burgundy 3X $12.50 and ******* Jogger pant set-black size 3X $22.50. I order next day shipping for $19.99 confirmed to receive Friday May ******* totaling $65.49. Late Friday I received notification from Fashion Nova that my order was arriving Monday May 19th, 2025 due to an "emergency situation or severe weather conditions". Monday May 19th arrived and I NEVER received my package and *** is stuck on "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." There has been no update since May 22, 2025. I have tried reaching out to fashion nova over 11 or more times through their ************* listed on their website and they refuse to answer my emails about the matter. They so not allow correspondence via phone. At first I only wanted my Items to be reshipped but after getting no reply for days and now going on 3 weeks I would like a REFUND. I contacted *** and they told me to contact the shipper 'Fashion Nova" and they are not cooperating. I purchased items from this company for my son birthday order that was shipped through ***. The package was stolen due to *** leaving the package in the hallway instead of in front of my door where there is a camera. I filed a claim with *** and it looks like *** has taken fault for the stolen package due to the delivery driver negligence. I have been waiting and waiting for Fashion Nova to reply to my emails and/or refund me or even give me an update on my claim. *** has followed up with them and paid Fashion Nova (the sender) for the stolen package. These items cost me $300 and please be reminded these were my son birthday items. It has been 2 months and I havent heard a word from Fashion Nova. They have been paid from me and now *** and I still do not have any items or reimbursement. I am livid and my son has been patiently waiting. This company is a SCAM!!!!!Business Response

I made a purchase via Fashion Nova app on May 1, 2025. I spent $100 to receive merchandise via 1 day delivery, May 2, 2025. When i did not receive the package on May 2nd, I contacted fashion nova to request a refund. The some of the items were needed for May 3rd funeral. They do not have a live person to talk too and the app/website takes you in circles when you a trying to ***ort a issue. I finally received a response and was told I would have to receive the package first, then request a refund. After a few days, i noticed the package tracking info was not updating. I contacted the carrier, On Trac. I spoke with the *** at On Trac and was told they did not have my package. They stated Fashion Nova only created a shipping label, no merchandise was provided to On Trac for pick up. I then contacted Fashion Nova again and was told they would escalate my issue. No response and no merchandise as of today June 3rd, a month later.Business Response

Made a big order and was expecting it by Tuesday 5/27/2025, this was for a trip that I was going on. Mind you I paid $20 just for quick delivery. Well the 27th rolls around and it says package delivered, unfortunately I did not receive this package. Went on fashion novas website to figure out what could be done, it says I had to wait 48 hours to contact them due to maybe the carrier delivering late & check with neighbors. So I did that, I waited a few days, asked my neighbors, talked to the mail carrier and no luck. So I reached back out to fashion nova and they have been absolutely no help. All thats been said is automatic emails saying that the package says it was delivered by the carrier and thats it. No offer to resend the items and no offering store credit, nothing. And you cant talk to a real person because theres no number to call, you can only email! Im absolutely disgusted. Them being unresponsive, the automatic messages, no offer to resolve the issue. Just wow. Doesnt seem like they really care about their consumers all. I want my money back and I will not be recommending them at all to anyone.Business Response

In February I placed a large order of clothing from the site. Several things did not fit so I returned them via mail. The return was accepted. It occurred within the required timeline to get a site credit in the form of gift card. The website shows I have an active gift card for $198 and one for $18. But the code is inaccessible. I've tried numerous times to have it sent to my email but it will not come. I've emailed customer service, used their site to ask for it to be sent out again with no luck. I've checked my spam folders as well and nothing. I have no way to use this gift card and I'm just out of 200+ dollars.Business Response

I placed an order on 5/14 for $233.83 and paid $19.99 for expedited shipping order # *********. I received an email stating there was a technical issue with payment and order was not completed and I was not charged. I then immediately placed another order with next day shipping since this order could not be completed. I placed another order # ********* exact to the first order because I needed the items very next day. I then receive an email saying the order was delayed. Both orders were then received 2 days later at the same time. I have been requesting a full refund for 1 of the orders as it was their fault for telling me the payment and order was not processed when It was. I have been going back and forth via email and only resolution I can get is 2 gift cards for your error instead of a refund back to my original card. $550 later, this company keeps saying they only issue gift cards but indeed refunded the shipping fee on 1 of the orders. shipped every item back right away and still can't get a full refund to my card for this mistake. malicious email was sent with false information about my payment being declined and order not being processed and they will not correct the problem.Business Response
