    Made a big order and was expecting it by Tuesday 5/27/2025, this was for a trip that I was going on. Mind you I paid $20 just for quick delivery. Well the 27th rolls around and it says package delivered, unfortunately I did not receive this package. Went on fashion novas website to figure out what could be done, it says I had to wait 48 hours to contact them due to maybe the carrier delivering late & check with neighbors. So I did that, I waited a few days, asked my neighbors, talked to the mail carrier and no luck. So I reached back out to fashion nova and they have been absolutely no help. All thats been said is automatic emails saying that the package says it was delivered by the carrier and thats it. No offer to resend the items and no offering store credit, nothing. And you cant talk to a real person because theres no number to call, you can only email! Im absolutely disgusted. Them being unresponsive, the automatic messages, no offer to resolve the issue. Just wow. Doesnt seem like they really care about their consumers all. I want my money back and I will not be recommending them at all to anyone.

    I ordered some vacation clothes from fashion nova and one of my pieces came back with the zipper torn I put in a dispute for a refund someone reached out regarding it but never issued a refund after multiple verification ** were given. Their return policy is 14 days and it now pass due and Im still without help. They keep saying I havent responded but I have numerous times and sent screenshots but they have failed to still give me help

    In February I placed a large order of clothing from the site. Several things did not fit so I returned them via mail. The return was accepted. It occurred within the required timeline to get a site credit in the form of gift card. The website shows I have an active gift card for $198 and one for $18. But the code is inaccessible. I've tried numerous times to have it sent to my email but it will not come. I've emailed customer service, used their site to ask for it to be sent out again with no luck. I've checked my spam folders as well and nothing. I have no way to use this gift card and I'm just out of 200+ dollars.

    I placed an order on 5/14 for $233.83 and paid $19.99 for expedited shipping order # *********. I received an email stating there was a technical issue with payment and order was not completed and I was not charged. I then immediately placed another order with next day shipping since this order could not be completed. I placed another order # ********* exact to the first order because I needed the items very next day. I then receive an email saying the order was delayed. Both orders were then received 2 days later at the same time. I have been requesting a full refund for 1 of the orders as it was their fault for telling me the payment and order was not processed when It was. I have been going back and forth via email and only resolution I can get is 2 gift cards for your error instead of a refund back to my original card. $550 later, this company keeps saying they only issue gift cards but indeed refunded the shipping fee on 1 of the orders. shipped every item back right away and still can't get a full refund to my card for this mistake. malicious email was sent with false information about my payment being declined and order not being processed and they will not correct the problem.

    I order from Fashion Nova on May 6th, my items were shipped and my package came within a few days, I was very pleased with the shipping time frame. I was supposed to receive a pair of pants, sandals, a shirt, and an outfit. When I went to open my order I instantly knew it wasnt right. I was sent a two piece vacation outfit that I did not even order. Upon looking this outfit was labeled as my sandals so I could see why I was sent the wrong item but my pants were also missing. So I did receive 2 out of the 4 items I ordered. Ive since emailed this business about 3 separate times looking to make this right. With no customer service call center and no response to my emails I feel as though Ive been robbed by this big business and completely ignored now that they have my money. I dont believe a business of this magnitude should not NOT have a call center with some human representatives. Highly unsatisfied and will never order from this company again.

    I am filing this complaint due to Fashion Novas failure to issue a refund of $19.99 for a damaged item I received. On April 17, 2025, after providing all requested documentation including photos and videos of the damage, Fashion Nova confirmed via email that I would receive a refund for the damaged shirt I purchased (screenshot attached).Despite this confirmation, I have not received the refund. I followed up through their help center and was told on May 5 that my case would be escalated to the appropriate team (screenshot attached). After receiving no update, I contacted them again and was told a second time on May 21 that the issue would be prioritized and someone would get back to me (screenshot attached). As of today, May 28, it has been 23 days since the initial escalation and 7 days since the most recent communication, and I have still not received a refund nor any further updates.I have made every effort to resolve this issue through Fashion Novas customer support channels, but my emails are now going unanswered. I am simply requesting the refund of $19.99 back to my original form of payment, as promised and as appropriate under their return and refund policy.I am submitting this complaint to the BBB in hopes of receiving assistance in resolving this matter.Thank you,********

    Around May 11, 2025, I made a purchase for $120. On May 17th, I received an email that my package was delivered. I informed them (by their site) that I did not receive my package and they said an investigation would be opened. This is becoming a common problem with Fashion Nova and their deliveries and there is no phone number to talk to a person to get information. I would like a refund and I would like these people to be investigated to see if they are actually sending out packages or do they pick which ones go out and which ones get an email to say that they were shipped.
