    the sewing came apart and i emailed them to ask about guidance on how to sew it back up. I didn't ask them to refund my money or to fix it. They emailed me back with a sorry we don't refund products that are used. Not helpful. I will not only never purchase from them but post many negative reviews so others won't either.

    I received a purchased item from this address (no company name on package) and the item I purchased was defective, does not work properly. It was advertised as a Conair product, but there is no Conair logo or "maker" information on the item (a revolving brush hair dryer). It does not work. Giving them one "star" is too many!

    Didn't realise they wern't in US. Ordered brace for our german shepherd. Had to pay money transfer fee waited almost a month and got a piece of c*** that was to small and threads pulled loose. I would not ******* this company.

    I have purchased 2 dog beds from WillHappy and had nothing but positive experience. They were delivered in a timely manner and great quality. Dogs love them.I ordered a third bed wrong size (my mistake) and they credited my account immediately, before I even returned the bed. Am I just lucky?

    Just ordered on the website -- I should've checked them out first. Looks like a scam - no order confirmation and lots of mistakes in the language if you look carefully. WATCH OUT. Why is this one of the first to pop up on ****** when I searched "dog beds". Yikes. I've asked for refund from PayPal.

    Ordered brace for my dog on March 3rd keeps saying it was delivered. Today is March 28th still no brace and won't refund. If I had known it was coming from ***** I would never have Ordered it.

    They won't give a refund even though the return policy says they will the products are poor quality I reported them to the federal trade commission also. They are out of China but use an address in USA, this is a scam company. They deserve zero stars

    I ordered a dog bed in the large size . When it arrived it looked like a cat pillow . I asked the company how I could return refund , they offered me 30% discount and said to keep it and donate to animal shelter . This went back and forth several times . They misrepresented the size of dog bed , won't allow me to return it and won't give me a refund . Crazy !!!

    SCAMMERS!!! Immediately after odering a dog bed, the "status" changed to "shipping" with NO OPTION to cancel. THEN - two days later they sent me a fake text pretending to be the **** that said that I needed to update my address before it can be delivered, which took me to a FAKE SITE that appeared to be a legit **** site, where it then asked for my credit card information!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
