    I purchased from Dippin' Daisy's on July 6th. After adding an item to my cart, a pop up would appear offering a free cover up (picture provided below) I added it to my cart which already had a 15% coupon added. I was distracted at work during check out (I realize this is my fault) and didn't realize the cover up was $40 until after I received the order confirmation. I emailed customer service immediately after I saw the confirmation email with the itemized list. I emailed two more times, once the same day including the order number and again on Tuesday. My hope was that they would see my email before it was shipped out and remove the cover up and refund the $40 back to my card. They texted me on Tuesday morning stating my order was shipped. I texted back saying I've been trying to reach someone and no one has gotten back to me. They told me they were not able to refund the $40 because I already had a coupon applied. I understand that. When I asked if I could return the pants for $40 they said it was final sale. I am frustrated that I had to reach out to their customer service 4 times before hearing back, was not offered a price adjustment for the better offer or offered to return the item I would not have selected in the first place.

    This company is a complete joke. I placed an order on 06/07/2024 and it shipped on 06/11/2024. It bounced back and fourth in transit between where it shipped from in *************************, to the main distribution hub local to me. On 06/24/2024 I receive an update that it had been directly delivered to an individual in **************, ********** where it had shipped from. I had emailed the company 3 times, called twice with no answer, and reached out via social media with NOT ONE answer. I had to file a complaint with my card to get my money back since nobody at the company likes to answer people. Conveniently enough, they have deleted my comments trying to get in touch with them on Instagram and Tik Tok and made it to where I no longer follow them. According to other complaints I have seen, they are notorious for doing this. I wouldnt recommend anyone spending their hard earned money on them.

    This company is misleading customers as to where their bathing suits are produced. I purchased a swimsuit from Dippin' Daisy after seeing in their Instagram bio that their suits are made in **********, and then emailing them to confirm that the suits were made in **********. I will attach a screenshot of the email and their Instagram bio. The screenshot of the Instagram bio was taken on April 29, 2024. When I received the suits, they had tags indicating that they were actually made in *******. I would like this company to be forced to remove "made in **********" from their bio on Instagram and to be reprimanded for lying to customers in emails when asked about where their suits are manufactured.

    This company seems to have a pattern of packages being damaged/lost, returned to them and avoiding messages and requests for refunds due to never receiving the product. Thankfully I purchased package protection, they unknowingly filed a claim on my behalf to get money even though they got the package/products back to their warehouse and it never got to me. After many weeks of back and forth with no refund or communication my only option was to do a chargeback, hopefully it gets approved. Avoid this company, its a scam and they have a good business model of stealing money AND collecting more from shipping claims.

    I placed order # ****** on July 23rd (Sunday) and paid for expedited shipping, which should ship next business day. It did not ship until July 26th (Wednesday) and the order did not arrive to me until July 29th (Saturday). At this point, I was already gone on my vacation since the order came late. Had it been actually expedited in the processing/shipping it would have made it on time. When I realized it wouldnt make it to me on time as promised with the expedited processing/shipping times, I contacted the company via email through the contact link on the website letting them know I did not receive the items in time and would need to return them upon my arrival back from vacation. I did not hear back from them.I am finally back from my vacation and trying to return these items on 8/19/23 that I was unable to use for why I purchased them. Now that I am trying to process the return it is saying Im outside of my 21 day window. These items got to me on July 29th and today would be the 21st day. Even so, I should not be stuck with these items I was unable to wear due to their lack of urgency and communication. I emailed them again 8/19/23 and have not heard back for a second time. Im very disappointed in the lack of urgency in the expedited shipping I paid extra for, the no response to my two emails stating the issue, and now the difficulty trying to return these items I cant use. I would like a full refund including the money I paid for expedited shipping. All items are in original packaging with tags on them.

    I purchased an item from Dippin' Daisy's on July 3, 2023 through Macys.com. As per ****** policy, returns need to be made directly to Dippin' Daisy's. I called and spoke to a representative twice: July 13, and July 17, and was promised I'd receive a shipping label and return directions. The website does not allow you to start returns when you've purchased from other companies, like Macys. When I received nothing, I sent an email on July 20th, and have received no response. After seeing the posts here on BBB, I now understand that this is their MO, in order to prevent returns and that is simply unacceptable. I will never patronize them again, and advise others against it as well.
