    On July 12, 2023, I called AAA to have my car towed to Valley Transmission & Auto Repair. They would examine the vehicle and contact me with an update and my check-in paperwork. However, despite several weeks passing, I never received a call from them, considering my check-in paperwork and a detail of what was wrong with my car. The owners name is *****! I also, felt like it they racist towards african americans by the way they treated a spoke to me!After approximately two weeks, I had not received any communication from them, so I called again. Once more, ******** told me that the mechanic was still out due to illness and that *****, the owner, would contact me with an update. However, ***** has yet to call me. I would give them no star. The held my new truck for three months and I had to hire an attonrney to get my truck back they tryed to charge me $2000 and told me they I would have to tow my car off the lot because it still does not work? When I ask for details on why my truck was in there shop for three months the won't answer my calls. I had to hire an ******* to get my truck back. I towed it to another shop my attorney suggested and when I did I found out they strip my car of internal parts and now I have to pay more to have it repair than when I took it in. This place need to be shut down!

    I give them no star rating they don't like to deal with black people, they lie and like ripping off black people and don't do that to other races, they are racist.

    Customer said we are racist and that is funny because four of my children are black - As you can tell by all of our rating we have great customer ********************** and never have we once been called racist.

    After further review this customer is not even in our customer base.
