  We traded in our suburban they had 30,000 miles on it for a traverse that had 50,000 miles four months later right in the warranty went out. The injectors went out they said have it towed over there and we’ll take care of it then they call me back and tell us it’s gonna be $1500, which we don’t have and the customer service there is very rude specially Carlos they didn’t even want to have a manager talk to me. I tried for four days to have a manager. Call me back and he never called me back the rude people all they care about is ripping people off , I gave them a perfectly good suburban for a car. That’s a piece of crap. Every other company, the powertrain warranty covers injectors, but not Chevy. They’re the biggest scam then they were trying to sell us other stuff. We also when we bought the car had scratches on the side. They were supposed to fix that and they never did. I recommend you not use this company to buy a car, a friend I bought a truck from them and right before he got off the parking lot. The check engine light went on. And no one will return your calls there they didn’t offer a loaner car to us or anything they’re crooked. They’re SKANLESS and I’m telling you do not use them.

  This dealership is a liar and tries to sell you services that you don't need and don't have to get them if you don't want to. They tried to sell me ************** warranty insurance and a lojack that was listed as accessories on the paperwork. None of those 3 are required to buy a vehicle but they insisted that if I didn't get them that they would not sell me the vehicle. They also said that if I didn't get financed through them that I would not get the discounts. They are fake and liars. They don't like it when customers go in approved from their banks with a lower interest rate than the one they try and give you. Don't buy from them.

  I continue to get calls and voicemails left from Victorville Chevy on a monthly basis. I haven’t been there in almost 6 years from when I lived in the area and got an oil change on my truck I had at the time. I have asked the business more than once to stop calling me and that I’m not interested, and haven’t lived in the area for quite some time now. This is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.

  I own a 2018 silverado hd. There is a problem with the coolent reservoir and sensor, this is a common problem on these models. To fix it the entire unit must be replaced which is quite expensive. I paid for the first one over 800.00 when the second one went out in april of 2023 i called Victorville chevy and talked with Johnathan in the service department . He told me that i could wait untill my next service appointment in july to get it fixed. When i went in in july to get my service they would not honner the warranty because it was 14 days expired. When i asked Johnathan about it he denied knowing anything. I have the record on my phone for appointment to get it fixed in april. Johnathan was lying to save his own butt. At one point they said they would pay half the cost but by that time i felt i shouldn't have to pay anything for there employees mistake. I run a successful business and would never put up with that from one of my employees. He should have entered the problem into his computer when i called in april. I xan understand lack of responsibility if he is special needs but then again special needs person should not be doing that job I've tried reaching out to the supervisors Dave and Don with no luck. Had Johnathan said he made a mistake i woul hav worked with them but instead he choose to lie.They now have lost a connsestent paying costomer.

  Victorville Cadillac / Chevy is the worst ! Got a call the Cadillac Lyriq I've been waiting for over a year and a half was in . Granted it was a different dealership but they had one . Started off 20K over sticker , settled on 10K over sticker . Got in the car for the long trip down . During the drive we were told they quoted us the wrong price , of course it was higher , the new price . Got to the dealership , met by Mr. BS. salesman , Javier . Rushed us thru the process and I found out later when I got back home the car didn't have what I ordered . It was missing the 19 Speaker Stereo System and Super Cruise . So I have a car I don't want . Javier knew the car didn't have super cruise but bs'd us . Sean is the smooth talker that can't tell the truth either . I truly hate this dealership . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS . I have owned many cars in my 66 years on this earth . Never have I dealt with Con Men such as Javier or Mr. Smooth Talker Sean . AND ! First time driving the car at night , went to dinner with the wife and then got pulled over , no right side rear lights !Cadillac has 200 miles on it and I have to take it in to the dealership to get it repaired ! Did I say DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS ! It bears worth repeating I couldn't be more upset

  Beware of this guys! Somebody named Mathew took down my personal information over the phone to run my credit but never intended to sell the car in the first place. Very rude and dishonest. After acquiring all of my personal information, they just stopped answering my calls. If at any point any of my information is misused in any way, I’ll know who to blame. Run my credit, got points off my credit score for no reason at all.

  You constantly contact me via email, text or leave voice mails. I have asked you on many many occasions to remove me from your contact list. If this doesn’t stop immediately I will have my daughter file harassment charges. I have absolutely in purchasing any GM product. LEAVE ME ALONE

  Told me by text the offer I was going to get for my vehicle, load up the family in two vehicles and make the trip to complete the deal just to get there and find out I was straight lied to in order to get me to the dealership. Offered me 10k less than what I was told I was going to get. Very dishonest practice and a complete waste of time and money. Also, don't waste your time with the KBB instant cash offer, they use it as a ploy just to get you there then go off of auction prices to price your vehicle. KBB instant cash offer is nothing more than an estimate that has absolutely nothing to do with how they're actually going to quote your vehicle.
