    I am making a final goodwill attempt to have you clear up this matter. This is my 3rd letter to your company. Please furnish me the document regarding this alleged account , attached to this complaint is my letter with the request. This is in violation of under 18 U.S. Code § 894 - Collection of extensions of credit. I'm working hard on trying to clean up my credit. This is hurting my chances on improving my living situation

     I am rejecting this response because:

    As a consumer by law I disagree with your response, I have the right to request for re-investigation under FCRA § 611 (15 U.S.C. § 1681I)
    because you are still willfully committing these violations: 

    1. 15 USC 1681(a)(4) “Infringed Upon a Consumer’s right to privacy”
    2. Under 15 U.S. Code 1692d- Harassment and abuse have been harassed and have trauma this account in violation.
    3. Under 15 U.S. Code 1692j - Furnishing certain deceptive forms

    Furthermore, as per your response in my first complaint ID # 17063898  (the letter is attached /submitted to this complaint)
    you are in violation of  under 18 U.S. Code § 894 - Collection of extensions of credit extortionate means:
     (a)Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means
                             (1)to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or 
                             (2)to punish any person for the non repayment thereof,

    Your company’s continued reporting of this derogatory item is a form of punishment. This is hurting my chances on improving my living situation.

    Cease and Desist. Immediately remove this account from my consumer credit report.

    Our agency re investigated Mr. ****’s account with each dispute/compliant we received. We have addressed all of his issues.

     

    We explained, in our prior response, that no one wants to have their credit history reported to credit reporting agencies. We explained why our agency and all agencies are allowed to report the accurate credit history of any debtor.

     

    We provided Mr. **** with a complete itemization of his account balance on April 4, 2022, as he requested.

     

    Other than his request to have his account removed from credit reporting agencies, which has already been addressed, what exactly does Mr. **** expect from us that we have not already provided him?           

     

    Mr. **** is trying to wear the BBB and our company down so we will just give him what he wants. Unless we agree to his demands, he will continue to file one complaint after another.

     

    Our company does everything in our power to address all complaints/disputes in a timely and professional manner. This person will never be satisfied.

    I am a victim of identity theft and I complain to question specific records in my document coming about because of the wrongdoing. The records I am questioning connect with no exchanges acquiring any possession of goods, services or money that I have made or authorized. Assuming no one cares either way, block the noteworthy of any information in my credit record that came about due to an alleged fraud or extortion.
